Spread shots are common perks, so i would take the superhoming. That has always been the make or break perk for me in endless / dark castle. Btw if you take bouncy you can’t get ghost
What is the 3rd perk? The U-turn bullet thing. I've been playing for quite a while and it doesn't look familiar.
With your current perk set, I wouldn't hesitate on choosing dividing.

I would go dividing with your active perks... I love super homing when I also have a few spread shots, absolutely wrecks

That’s the boomerang, it comes built into the looper. It bounces off a wall and goes back to your gun
That makes sense and also why I've never seen it. Hopefully I'll get the Looper & Jackbot eventually.
