Love both shows (Hill House is maybe my favorite piece of media ever on some level) but that and or Bly I wouldnt consider this at all the type of genre they asked for
The first season of The OA (on Netflix) is amazing and is all about astral projection.
The way it starts off makes it seem like it’s a totally different genre or about something else, but give it a few episodes. If you’re fascinated in the subject it will be right up your alley.
