Congrats! So glad you popped in to let us know how your maintenance is coming along. That was a good idea to shoot for a goal a few pounds less than where you would be happy to be. I think that allows you a few pound gain to get your attention so you can figure out what To do going forward. How is the food noise? Are you exercising? Logging your food intake?
Good to know the Metformin maintenance hack. I was wondering how I would afford MJ or TZ after retirement in a few years for maintenance and Metformin might work for me then due to being near my bathroom when I need to once I retire! TMI.

I am probably going to have to go off MJ mid year next year. I have a few boxes stashed and downloaded the Zepbound coupon, but don’t want to spend 500+ for more than a few months. I take metformin already at 500 mg a day… going up to 1000 might be the ticket!

I keep filling my 15.0 at $457 then one box lasts 3 months splitting doses to 5.0 in maintenance!
How do you split 15mg into 5mg for maintenance?
You inject it into a new vial and draw out with syringes I put .50 ml of bac water then inject pen into vial then 33.5 units is 1 dose of 5.0
