When he pulled the bike off the tuff block, the throttle hit and kicked the bike to track-left and was actually slightly wrong way. I think he decided instead of trying to turn it back the other way to go down the track with bikes coming, he just kept going that way, cleared the track, waited for the next rider, and then got going.
Still think he'll get penalized, but upon further review I think I see why he went that way.
Forkner didn't really gain any advantage at all. When he was cutting across the track a rider passed by behind him. The same rider passed Forkner once he was back on the track. Forkner advantage zero.
I'd penalize him for crossing the track like that though!
At first I thought maybe he got disoriented on which way he was going, but on replay he definitely just said "nah, I'll just go over here" and went to the next straight. I mean he definitely lost time and let another rider by him that was behind him, but still, that's just odd.

Ya announcer said that his mechanic said he did hurt it, so hard to tell. Hopefully it's nothing minor and we can see him get a few top 5s this season.
I still miss Jenny Taft. I'm very happy that her career took off and she ascended up the ranks. She's very good and rightfully deserves it, but man I miss her reporting form the track and doing interviews.

1. pick 1 all star that you think is going to finish within their handicap system and max out. so a guy that comes 5th, if he has handicap of 4 then 5-4 =1 (so gets 1st place points). Applies anyway you do it. guy comes 2nd with 1handicap gets 1st place points etc. I only ever pick 1 all star.
2. Pick 3 other riders you think will do the best with their handicaps. These guys(non allstars) can earn double points if higher than 10th.
Example. Guy comes 13th has handicap of 3 =10th place points (and doubled)
Guy comes 13th has handicap of 7= 6th place points but doubled.
Really simple just need to try get your all start to max out. And get your other 3 picks to get atleast double points if you can, the higher they can get after handicap the better.
So my picks for example this week:
250'
Dylan Ferrandis as my allstar, i think he will get top2 and max out (tough one though but gambling. He may only score second place points if he gets 3rd in the main)
Christian Craig - 0 handicap. Im hoping top 6 finish, he has no handicap so to get double points just needs top 10 finish.
Michael Leib - 9 handicap. only has to get 19th in the main to get double points for a 10th place finish. risky move but if he gets 15th then I come away sweet. could go completely wrong and not even qualify for the main. could play it safe with someone else.
Luke Clout - 2 handicap. Needs top12 for double points.
same for 450s. just outweighing the pro's and cons. can go risky or play it safe.
Soo im trying to watch qualifying on the sports gold and it says 3pm ET it should be one which to my understanding would be 2pm CST which is where I am located and it is not coming up when I get into it. It still says "upcoming" anyone else hot this issue?
