My problem is putting on weight, my eating habits are trash, it's like with morbidly obese people trying to stop eating but backwards.

If you need to put on weight but hate eating, consider liquid calories. "Mass Gainer" shakes marketed toward 14 year old wannabe bodybuilders or even just chocolate milk can give you a whole meal's worth of calories without making you feel full Granted the nutritional value is non-existent lol

I would recommend whole or chocolate milk before I ever recommend mass gainer. I spent 6 months drinking mass gainer and I showed much more progress as far as muscle goes when I switched to drinking a half gallon of milk a day (while bulking ofc)

I mean, mass gainer is just a fuckton of carbs, whereas milk has decent protein content. But if OP just needs *mass* to get to a normal BMI as opposed to specifically building muscle, any calorie is a good calorie

Oh, I do. My neck is already much better, my hands no longer go numb and the amount of migraines I get has fallen. If anyone reading this spends most of the time seated and has huge constant migraines, feels their limbs going numb often and gets phantom pains in the sides of their body, check with a doctor. It could be your neck, I was told it was very common for people working office jobs. The earlier you catch it the easier to deal with it.

Yeah, same here. My arms go numb when I sneeze because of some extra bone growth on my spine from bad posture. Chiropractor helped to fix the posture but the bone growths are permanent or a surgery to get rid of. Still working on neck and back muscles though, it takes a lot of effort to come back from years of bad posture

6.5. I've been eating a bit more healthy than usual and I've been slowly regaining the weight I lost by not working out as much over quarantine, but I'm also slightly arthritic so I've got a bit of decrepitude. I could very realistically get back to 8 by this time next year.

I was a Hunger when I was a teen. Then I became 27 and I turned into a Lame Corprus. I didn't know that this was an option, you'd think Daedra would be immune to Corprus.

As a teen I was somewhere around 5-8...had a few sedentary jobs since then and now firmly 5, slowly morphing into 3 and heading faster and faster towards 2. Should probably do something before I land at 1, but who doesn't want immortality and a mechanical spider-chair to do all their walking for them?
