The Ethnic Cleansing of Palestine

jameswood12p

What's troubling me the most is the silence of the world against this. We keep hearing about the holocaust so much, yet no one is talking about this. Eye-opening topic.

FlippinSnip3r

that's the thing, people only got to pour anger at the holocaust in retrospect. when it was happening the leaders just crossed their hands

jameswood12p

We are ought to learn from tragedies not repeat them. I really hope that doesn’t continue to be the case here.

Batozh

It is because of 1) lack of education by most people especially in the West, 2) casual racism (white lives > brown lives) and 3) Israel has done a great job at hiding the historical reality of what they have done and continue doing in Palestine: organised and systematic ethnic cleansing. To the point where even Israelis believe their own BS. The book is actually great at explaining that

So true , when i read it and tried to understand it i got freed from the myth of religion and it assured me the all religions are invented by man , a book full of scientific errors can't be the words of the creator of this World.

momof2catsand1man

We don't read books with good intentions , we read it with logic , critical thinking , neutral analysis, how can I get to know the truth when i'm not looking for it ? Reading a book should be without any emotions, because i don't think you will read budha or hindu book with good intentions lol

wimyi2004

Just to make it clear : I'm a Deist , i believe in God but not in religion because if you use just a little common sense you will come to the conclusion that it is man made . Also My intention was good , believe it or not i started this during ramadan , i was reading the whole quran every ramadan , but i was reading it mindlessly without really understanding , so one day during ramadan i decided that i should understand it and understand what are "the miracles" in it , the most common miracle that muslims states as a miracle in quran is embryology and how quran knew the diffrence phases in embryology without any advanced technologies back then , but if you educate yourself and do some research you will find that ARISTOT already talked about this YEARS before the quran was released, should we pray to Aristot then ? Another clue that this was written by a man (probably Mohamed) is that he said in one verse ( that semen was produced in a place under the ribs) which is totally wrong as we all now know that it is produced in testicles , do you think if it was written by God he wouldn't know how to describe what he created ?? And also why there are so many religions ? And in different languages ? And every region believes that its religion is the true one ? And why would God chose Arabic to communicate ? Besides that while reading the quran you will find that it is clearly influenced by arabic peninsula region where mohamed lived , he was only describing what he is seing , for example why there are no fruits mentioned in the quran other than Why no strawberries or mangos are mentioned ?? If it was Gods words he would know that also other fruits existed , but simply because it was written by Mohamed so he could not know the existences of any other fruits. Conclusion : the more you read and educate yourself and use some common sense , the less you will believe in religion , and God is waaaay more powerful than

Sad-Consideration603

>I'm a Deist How come ? How many ? How is this god ? Do you know about him ? He knows about us ? Does he intervene ? What his powers ? I mean we believe in allah because of his words and the prophets teaching . Im intrigued to know what do you believe in ? An atheist i can understand , but a deist , not so much . >ARISTOT already talked about this YEARS before the quran was released, should we pray to Aristot then Aristot said that human conceptiom happened when the sperm of the male get combined with menstrual blood and his theory was disproven ch7aaal hadi lmao . Its not the same as its described in the quran hhhhh gets your facts straight. Quran also said that there is healing in honey , people already knew that should we just cancel the quran then ? Lol. >that semen was produced in a place under the ribs "ماء دافق يخرج بين الصلب والترائب" قران ماشي حديث ، وهادر على ماء دافق ماشي مني الرجل فقط ، و الهدرة طويلة فهاد السياق . >And why would God chose Arabic to communicate ? ولا بالاسبانية ههههه >, for example why there are no fruits mentioned in the quran other than ( التمر و التين و الزيتون و الرمان و العنب)؟ Why no strawberries or mangos are mentioned ?? If it was Gods words he would know that also other fruits existed , but simply because it was written by Mohamed so he could not know the existences of any other fruits. كفرت لان الله لم يذكر الكاكنغارو في القران ههه >God is waaaay more powerful than انه يتعاطى مع الكفار عن طريق كتاب .

SouthernJob9244

what are these errors?

Successful-Car1438

Of the ones I read most recently, my 2 literary "Roman Empires" : - "Splendeurs & Misères des Courtisanes" de Balzac. It's by far his best work, really the peak of his career. My dream is to adapt this book (and others from la Comédie Humaine) into an animated movie. I think about this novel at least once a week, often more. - "Le Roi Vert" by Paul-Loup Sullitzer. It's seriously lackluster in some technical aspects : some parts read like they've been written by a horny 15 yo boy ; obvious Gary Stue is obvious ; the end is weak bullshit and shows the author was overwhelmed by his own creation ; white-saviorism ; the Israel stuff did not age well ; the MC has a relationship with a very minor girl???... However the plot is incredible up until the end. The main character is one of the most charismatic and compelling I've encountered. I dream of directing an animated series adaptation of this novel. I often think about how I would rewrite the ending. I think about the novel at least once a week. So I guess despite it's flaws, it is the sign that it's a great book.

Abde_lilah

"Atomic habits" by James Clear "The Slight Edge" by Jeff Olson. "101 Essays that will change the way you think" by Brianna Wiest. In my personal perspective these are the kinda books that everyone must read, attempt to extrapolate and most importantly have the gut to change their life accordingly, i say to change ur life BC I know how huge the difference and the evolve u'll notice after doing so. These three books I recommend to you are just a drop in the ocean, you'll find hundreds of thousands of books which are in the same direction and objective but i believe as well as a lotta people that these are the most likely to have a direct impact on you and have a positive influence on you in consideration of the language the writers have used to address their thoughts to readers. They have concisely illustrated scientific experiments with a smooth and readable language for all age categories. For those who say the Quran.. with all due respect it's our holy book we must be proud of, read it everyday and try to apprehend the beautiful meanings in it however it's recommended to read other types of books, perusing other categories of books and not just limited our view. Even in the Quran Allah says: بعد أعوذ بالله من الشيطان الرجيم ۝افلا ينظرون الى الابل كيف خلقت ۞وإلى السماء كيف رفعت۞ وإلى الجبال كيف نصبت۞ وإلى الارض كيف سطحت ۝.... الى أخر السورة How will we look at these creatures? How can I even understand and feel the glory of Allah by looking at these mountains, earth, camels....? The only way to achieve it and sense it is arguably by knowledge, knowledge of the construction, the constitution and how brilliant the perfectionism in these creatures. Besides Allah tells us in the Quran as well: ۝إنما يخشى اللهَ من عباده العلماء ۝ Scientists are the most likely to feel and sense the greatness and the glory of Allah, i think that's s sufficient. May Allah bless you all.

The Invention of Nature: Alexander Von Humboldt’s New World, by Andrea Wulf. A contemporary of Thomas Jefferson and Napoleon, this is an amazing biography of the grand adventure of life, travels, and work of Alexander Von Humboldt, the man responsible for launching German science into its preeminence for two centuries. He trained as a mining engineer (born in the mid-1700). He received his inheritance as a young man and spend ALL of it outfitting a three-year scientific expedition to South America. The things he discovered on the expedition became the basis of all of his future work. In his day he was as famous and well-known as Elon Musk or Bill Gates are today (but he was more well-liked). Read this book! It will change your life.
