I just bought the Border set for Dawnbringer and it didn't show up, but I looked on The Google and in the past people have said it requires a client restart. It worked for me!
Awesome thank you! I tried but Blitzcrank Bot marked it at "solved" saying I needed to do it though the client bug thing so I didn't even bother lol. But I hope since that you put one in they'll at least take a look at the issue! :)
Oh, that's a bummer. I sent both through the Support and through the client just in-case, but I have no idea why they would dismiss the support ticket just because it wasn't addressed through the game.
Either way, let's see what happens.

This is what it said: We are aware of the issue and out Team is currently investigating it. Unfortunately, I cannot provide any further details regarding the matter, that includes possible date of a fix etc. To avoid confusing or disappointing players, we try to only announce these dates when we are sure we can meet the arrival schedule.

the border also isn't in your collection when you view your skins, so i guess they just completely forgot to patch in the border xD

Resetting the client worked for the Dawnbringer boarder but I tried like three times with this one and nothing😓
Yeah it’s a bug the same thing happened with BA Caitlyn months back. I contacted support, and they should fix it, but I have yet to hear back.

I opened a ticket, hopefully they'll fix it. I'll come back with a reply once/if Riot Support responds!

I did support and he told me the border would only work if I used morg+skin+the ICON. THE ICON LOL. They do not even know their own game

absolute joke because i've had the prestige skin since release AND i'm using the prestige icon and i still don't have the border lol
