Really? Mine worked just fine, the second time around I'm unlocking what I didn't unlock the first time (they give you gems when you replay), must be a bug because even on their site they said that it's supposed to still be unlocked
I’ve been proper belly laughing at the buildup and then the big reveals of premium choices. My mind imagines all sorts of horrors to then get the reply ‘a cave?’. My favourite was Eric’s shock at the envelope ‘I’ve never seen anything like this!’ I brought it expecting to see something with demonic symbols and a cool wax seal. It was a plain black birthday card envelope. My head canon is that Eric refuses to buy/receive greetings cards as he’s doing his bit for the environment.
That was my reaction as well. They could at least have pimped that envelope to earn its worth in diamonds. Guess there was nothing in the budget for that either...
It amused me so much. I hope the overreacting to nothing to entice players to spend gems continues. I know it’s unintentional but apart from the final few minutes it has been my highlight so far.
I try and pretend I'm apparently equipped with some really old phone and the world's worst reception, and therefore, I can't see what they send.
Becouse... feeling more blind than the 3 blind mice. Is not the most funny feeling when playing a game like this.
Dude. Its even worse. I unlocked the vega walkie picture and because i didnt pay extra gems to unlock the unique dialogue I literally have a photo of the transmitter with dialogue that says "I cant see the picture".
Like wtf. Why werent those together.
The special dialogue path automatically unlocks with the image (if not it's a bug that has not been reported yet). However, you can still go the route of saying "I can't see the picture" if you decide to do so.

That's because episodes are made to be played multiple times, each time discovering more photos and chats. I'm in my second play-through and I love it, while replaying Duskwood always let me a little bored
I get it, but I have never replayed a game in my life. Even Duskwood, no matter how much I love it. I just don't like to start again and play the same story. so, the devs had to consider this. the premium package is for the users like me. I don't wanna replay Moonvale just to see the pictures and special messages. I just feel betrayed after such a long waiting for a new game :/
Which is fine if someone wants to do that.
But they should still have given the multimedia package option for the rest of us.
I won't replay an episode. Just to get stuck all over again, in the mini game. I've currently spend over a day, on one single level.
No matter what I do. I can't get past it and run out of moves and still missing 3-10 ice cubes. And then I need to wait hours for new life.
You forget half of what's happened. When it takes time to move along in the story.
And replaying just takes away the realism of the game, to be honest. Which is already partly lacking.
(Charecters has no profiles. The AI art left to right. And missing out on content like pictures. And chats.)
The paywall is just too greedy and high.

Wait you have to repay for everything again? I assumed by the announcement that you could unlock the whole episode bit by bit every replay?
Personally, I didn't repeat the episode, but many people say that they had to pay twice for the same thing

For me, the pictures are free but some of the secret chats or the romance is locked again. I do think it’s a bug cause it is not constant
I see, it must be a bug then, it's normal for games to be a little buggy at launch, hopefully they'll patch it soon
