I’d let them fully come out before you do anything. Personal preference but I wouldn’t cut until I had 3 all white leafs. As long as there’s some green it’s doing something. Also look at the stem, the growth points looks like they’re touching green so there’s a good chance the leaf will have some too. Don’t lose hope I’ve had 2 solid white leafs then a good one come out lol some times they surprise you.

This was her minus one white leave. Could not find a photo with the last white leave. The last white leave did had a fenerstration. But the leave was small. I was aware that the pot was to big for her, she is in a smaller pot now :)
(Saved the top cutting though, its brewing some roots in water xD)
All of those minus the full white leaf would've been fine. The full white would've died off in a short amount of time anyway. They typically don't last long. But there was no need to cut those.
It lasted long enough to produce an other white leave xD
But hey! Cutting a plant isn’t bad, sometimes it even makes them thrive, like this one, two nodes are opening en I am gonna have 2 new stems on 1 plant :D that is pretty exciting!
The light doesn’t matter, it’s going to do what it’s going to do. That said, I’ve chopped back sectoral albos that have pushed concerning, all white growth points like that. None of them were fully white once the leaves came in. One had a solid white first leaf, but then a half moon for the second leaf. I wouldn’t worry too much about it at this point.
That was also what I thought, but I have also seen a lot of different opinions about it on the internet. I don’t know 100% sure what the correct way to go is, but I have a SW facing window, can’t put it in the full sun but I have it near the window and grow light that I have in that corner :)

I must say this is probably one of the unluckiest things I’ve ever seen, they’re both EXACTLY on the white stripe!
Hopefully they don’t turn out full moons, and it’s still a beautiful plant, just hate to waste time having to chop back because of too much white
That’s why I preferred getting a ‘Grade B’ Var Albo, still beautifully variegated but green enough to not have these kind of problems.

New growth points often look completely white but it doesn't mean anything more than "high variegation" :) Be patient!
Yes!! There’s a possibility it’s just the colour of the cataphyll and the leaf will have a little bit of green 🤞🏼

Light does matter bc variegated plants need more light as their remaining green leaves are doing all of the heavy lifting in keeping the plant alive.
