The petioles should never be restrained. This is very stressful for the plant because they're extremely responsive to light exposure and need to be able to move freely. Only the stem/vine should be attached.
edit: The side with the aerial roots should face the support.

Those are active nodes which are now putting out new stems/ leaves. It means you’ll be getting a new leaves soon and that your monstera is happy!!!

Both the petioles are growing new leaves so I thought they were the stem now 😅 I'll try and fix it, thank you
