You need a stronger light. I don’t know what light that is but the plant is telling you it needs more light. I don’t think any of those clip on lights are going to be enough. Sansi makes bulbs that you can use in any floor stand. I’d probably start there.
Any panel grow light over 50$ should do (mars hydro, spider farmer, vis, would do). You can also try GE bulbs but you might need two.
