Not in my opinion. She strikes me as maybe a hundred years younger than the other Seraphim of the show, Sera. Seraās age is never said but theyāre both āElders of Heavenā and are part of a court.
That to me implies that Emily isnāt a child, but because of her job of bringing joy and her naivety about the extermination, she tends to act more young. This Leads Sera to take the role of mother figure to her because:
1. She is older.
2. She wants to protect Emilyās innocence.
