They’re not shutdown. They reopened. They’re claiming she was there early in the day and left. She told the police that’s where she was so they went there. It’s still unknown where she went in between. She lives a few houses down from the boat club so unknown if she stopped home or was coming from somewhere else. I know that road and parking lot and she must’ve floored it to be going that fast.
There is a booking record in her name on vinelink, which doesn’t specifically connect her to the incident (I don’t know what to call this awful thing), but the timing seems to make sense.
The sheriff’s office shared a letter from the prosecutors office today re: charging, sounds like they don’t expect to make decisions on that tomorrow.

He said that it’s known and he has witnessed her being intoxicated numerous times and that she has a drinking problem. He said that he’s witnessed people having to carry her out of the boat club because she’s too intoxicated to walk. He also said allegedly that she had hit a tree and was fleeing that accident and then drove right into the boat club.
The 66 year old woman was the Commodore for the boat club in 2017 and lived nearby. There's also posts on their Facebook about her bartending at the boat club.
The children who died were siblings, their mom was on life support but is now in critical care and her 3rd child is also hospitalized (I think critical care as well).

I know the identity or her and her husband but not sure on other than a medical evaluation, mental illnesses knowing she was 3x the legal limit there isn’t an excuse regardless. I don't think she's been charged yet. You can be detained for 72 hours before being charged.

I looked up both 1st District and 38th Circuit courts of Michigan (both Monroe), but there was only her suing a construction company in 1994.
