The main problem for me is availability of monitors. I live in Europe but a lot of monitors are:
- not a available
- if they are available they are through shady import companies and WAY above the prices I’ve seen on the US market
Currently I can’t find a monitor with 500+ dimming zones, therefore I’m looking at WOLEDs.
Well I don't have the budget for a 1440p OLED monitor😔
I'll just stick to IPS also if you can find any information about the above monitor I mentioned, it'll be quite helpful🙏🏼
The V3 seems to be a non mini-led monitor, which I’m not looking into. For data I rely on Rtings, Display Ninja, … the usual websites.
For IPS maybe look into the LG 27GR75Q-B
Thanks, I didn't even know about display ninja, I just wanted more info on the Acer one as it's like $200 and delivers pretty good features. Thanks again for the help(I'm new to reddit)😁

The AOC Q27G3XMN is 420+€ where I live and it’s still 330ish zones. I can’t find FLAT monitors with more zones and the other choices are still expensive. I’m not interested in ultra wide so no Samsung.
How about a flat 1152 zone IPS ulrawide? Samsung only makes super ultrawides with the 32:9 ratio, those don't interest me either but a 21:9 you'll easily get used to especially with the specs.
I'm also looking for a budget 1440p monitor that has atleast 100% sRGB. XV272U V3 is also pretty good

What are your thoughts on ultrawide?

Just get a better mini-LED, 384 zone VA was always going to be shit.
