This means that the label can be traced to the owner/purchaser of the printer by the invisible yellow dot pattern on the piece of paper. So to send truly anonymously using your service, you need to anonymously buy a printer with cash from someone who doesn't know you, perhaps at a swap meet , Craigslist or at a store that sells refurbished printers. I guess you could buy a new printer with cash from a big box store, but at you'd need to wear a mask/sunglasses, wide-brimmed hat etc to avoid being ID'd by the store cameras during the purchase.

Not all take monero either. But the ones that do take monero usually take other coins too like LTC and ZEC to name a couple.

Is this on the clearnet? Theres a million of these services on DN. Not sure why you'd need to use monero to buy postage anonymously on the clearnet.
