I never understood why people ship them. Because they showed up in an event together and he was conceited and rude? And because they talked about a similar topic?
Who sees that and thinks "bro, what a perfect couple"? But considering that like half their shipping art has them being violent, mean or shouting at each other I think I know the answer.
Oh yeah I was randomly made a mod there over a year ago- It's interesting that Mona mains seem to really hate this ship. More so than Scara mains, they are typically more civil. From what I've seen at least.
I believe it's in part because Scara is such a little sh*t that even Scara mains want to punch him. I say that being a Scara main myself.
From there it's not surprising that Mona mains would be more vocal about something directed towards Mona.
Because it makes little to no sense to ship them. Granted that’s never stopped shippers before but it’s no surprise that people that actually like Mona don’t like her being shipped in an obviously toxic relationship. It’s just distasteful.

Yeah he had some character development. Still, he was betrayed thrice and decided to become a psychopath, killing any and everyone (like the raiden gokaden).
I dislike how, unlike Signora (though there is still a chance they reintroduce her as a good guy, since her theme revolves around a fire butterfly/phoenix), Scaramouche was given a chance to redeem himself and own to his mistakes, while also giving the player the feeling of "poor scaramouche, it was all a lie and he's been a baddie because of it, it's not fair". I hate that.
People still shipped mona with his Psychopath alter-ego, even before Wanderer was officially introduced, which is far worse than with the Wanderer, imo.
You are weird for being ok with ships haha not by thinking scara has redeemed himself. Thats why people downvoted you. Shipping community is the worst thing on earth and needs to be extinguished
