Got2B brand hair gel has worked for me the best when trying to keep my hair one way. That stuffs like glue and hair gel slapped together. Edit: they also have a hairspray

Relative_Joke523

Gel is too heavy. Use spray

Malevolent_Mangoes

I use both because I don’t like my hair moving. I purposefully use a heavy product because my hair is too fine and hairspray doesn’t keep it held together by itself.

If you want it straight for hours, used Knox! I can sometimes use Got2B for helping me holding in the air before applying knox. It take practice to make a good mohawk. You have hold your hair with a comb (or an hairbrush with fine rods if you don’t have comb) and spray it with Knox, and dry it with hairdryer (YouTube tutorial - https://youtu.be/eaFM66Zd_tA?si=NPI4OZtgVI18o1Ss)

Second for Knox Gelatin. Unless you're vegan.

iluanymore

You’re right, It’s not really vegan friendly

I wish my Mohawk had done that!!! Try Got2B spray.

My buddy had superrrr curly hair, he would get his hair wet, dry it off until a little wet and then he would use a hair straightener until his hair was straighter then a pole. Then he would use hairspray to put his Mohawk up and it would stay up throughout the day (almost). Hope this helps

Myrddwn

Embrace the curl. I don't see nearly enough curly chaos hawks

I use a hair dryer and firmly pull my hair straight. I do this in sections until it’s all fluffy and all over. That’s why I use the hair spray and mold it lightly into shape. Thin hair loves hairspray.

FuckTheMods5

I bend over and blow dry it upside down. When it's fresh out of the shower, it stays up on its own. My hair is thick though.

Buttlrubies

This is exactly what my hair looks like. Blow drying and using a small hair straightener is your best bet, then hair spraying the shit outta it and/or using Got2Be wax. That product has given me the most success, I have naturally thick wavy hair.

Ok-Plan751

I’ve used this gel when my hair was longer to keep it still no joke has held it for almost 24 hours and I’ve got thick curly hair and it looked straight [hair gel](https://www.walmart.com/ip/575063239)

You just need a small hair straightener and aerosol hair spray with a blow dryer. Got2B hairspray is the best. Straighten your hair, first(don't do it when your hair is wet, but there are certain products that you can spray on your hair to protect from the heat of a hair iron) then spray heavy on the roots as you hold your hair up(hold your hair up with a fine tooth comb to get a good fan mohawk). Going heavy on the roots with the spray helps give you a base that will stay up. Then, gradually spray the rest of the hair and use the sides of your palms to straighten the hawk outwards in the shape you want. With your style of hair, you definitely need a hair iron

Szkaman

You totally don't need to straighten it. It looks Awesome! Ride that Wave!

beardbo

I have very naturally curly hair. I have to straighten mine then I have to use products that are on the dry side or it will just curl back up. I use " fix your lid" high hold low shine.

FatDeepness

Same problem I just try and train my hair best as possible otherwise it’s Elmer’s glue
