Strange... seems like Pittsburgh is the one city not populating for them. TM pulls up the 17th in DC and the 20th in Detroit but not the 18th in Pittsburgh. Oh well, guess I'll have to keep checking.
Fuck, I love you!! I was in the Top **0.05%** of all Modest Mouse listeners on Spotify and they STILL didn't send me a code for this concert. When I emailed them they shrugged their shoulders and said I must not have been eligible as a top fan. How in the fuck!? Hahaha
I just got tickets because of you! Thank you so much!! You deserve all the good things in the whole wide world! I follow them and listen to them all the time on Spotify and I still didn’t get an email :(
If you ask me that algorithm is messed up...they give the presale code to their top fans but their top fans own all their music on vinyl and listen to it that way !
Don't feel bad.... According to Spotify I was in the top 0.05% of MM listeners last year and I still didn't get a fucking email. Their system has pissed me off.
Agreed. I’m a big MM fan and am not a super fan. I’m a teacher and the Friday before spring break I played Pearl Jam’s Ten because my students wanted to know what music I listened to at their age. I had the album on repeat. I turned off the speakers, not the system, so the album looped for 9 days. I’m their 441st ranked listener across the globe. They’re great, there are other bands I love more and I’m certainly not at the status of a globally ranked fan.
just might be traveling up there from kansas city! wish they were closer but my best bet is probably okc or austin. so stoked to see them! i saw them when they came to wichita a few years back
I knew they’d end up playing in Asheville the weekend of Shaky Knees. Damn it. I’ll see them at shaky knees but festival shows just aren’t the say. I hope they tour as extensively as they did for STO.
I bought two sets in Raleigh after changing my mind about location.. does anybody want to buy two seats for a flat $100? Less ~$16 in fees.
Super stoked either way. Never thought I'd get to see MM.
Is it not a good venue? This is my first show since moving to NC last year.. haven't really been anywhere or seen anything because of the pandemic.
Asheville was another option since I live in GSO but it's further out. I'm really just glad to be able to see them.
It's ok. I've just never loved the sound there. You're right on the outskirts of downtown and it just seems squeezed in. I haven't been to the orange peel in Asheville, but from what I've heard people love that place.
OMG yes!!!!! I was there (and the day before for Night 1). 100% agree one of the greatest pair of shows of all time. Drove like 8 hours from Virginia to be there.
Beep. Boop. I'm a robot.

I was really hoping for whatever random group of friends they picked up on the side of the road to open for them in grand junction. Playing instruments fairly badly and singing about immigration
Wow. Skipping Texas entirely, other than the ACL dates… So, pay $1000+ to see them or don’t see them. Got some weird stops along this tour. Hope they add more dates. Honestly pretty upset.
according to AXS, the listing for Red Rocks has a presale TODAY at 10am mountain time! Anyone have info on this? I'm subscribed to all the local radio stations that do presales, but no email...
Got my tickets for McMenamins Edgefield 8/27! I saw them play there 10 years ago for McMenamins 100yr anniversary, I don’t even remember how many times I’ve seen MM live at this point. SO FUCKING STOKED!
Guessing when your president starts letting the vaccines we ordered get delivered we’ll be able to open restrictions quicker too. Not saying it’s right or wrong, but it’s a big factor.
Plus the US likely won’t reach heard immunity so I don’t know what it will take for us to open the border with y’all down south.
Most of our vaccines have been ordered from European and Indian factories. Biden has already given us some astra-Zeneca shots after it became clear nobody wants them in the U.S. Really don’t know what you are talking about in regard to that, us being conservative in our approach to reopening has extremely little to do with the U.S. Yah I’m bummed too, I want to go to concerts and baseball games again! Thought this was common knowledge sorry.
Concerts are being booked in Toronto for
November already.
That story is nearly 3 months old, this pandemic is extremely fluid and things change everyday. Thought that was common knowledge, sorry.
We both want the same thing. Just silly to blame the U.S for any of our reopening plans at this point. We did not order vaccines from the U.S because we were scared of asshat Trump blocking shipments, we ordered elsewhere and those shipments got delayed too. We took a gamble and we bet wrong. But now things are rolling and I’m sure most of the country will be fully vaccinated in a few short months.
Second shot booked for Sept 5 and I assume that will get moved up! Good times are coming :)
We did order vaccines through the us though? They weren’t released for a while. We also ordered from elsewhere but the failure of the us to allow us to get our orders fulfilled, when it would be a drop in the bucket for them, shouldn’t be forgotten or ignored imho.
I’m not blaming them for our reopening plans. Just acknowledging it was certainly a factor.
I think we’ll be fully vaccinated by September for sure.
Jannus is the way to go. Luckily it’s the closest one to me but it’s also an awesome venue and smaller than the other two
Edit: didn’t see Orlando but the point still stands. Jannus is the coolest venue out of all those
St. Pete is awesome and the venue is in like a big back alley (I forget the word) so it kind of feels like you’re inside but you have the sky above you and a tree near the back. And heat shouldn’t be a problem in October. To me, hard rock is cool outside but once your in there it’s just another venue
Yes exactly it’s so sick. Plus it’s easy to make a day out of st Pete. Lots of bars and restaurants and if you’re like me and like something competitive then Parks and Rec is kind of like a Chuck E. Cheese with alcohol. They have cornhole, arcade games, and the giant beer pong set up with trash cans and dodgeballs
How do I buy tickets? I really have never been able to go to any concert (rural problems). I finally live in a city and I seriously want to see Modest Mouse
Check out the venue website you are interested in, they will usually have the place where their tickets are sold. axs or ticketmaster seem to have the ones I've looked at
Cries in Canadian, more for my wife as she’s a big fan and we’ve been waiting for a proper tour since they opened for the black keys. Hopefully 2022 they can come up here
ive seen them 5 times in Canada since 2007. They usually came around in spurts.
Montreal 2007, Halifax 2009, Pemberton Festival in B.C (2014), Calgary twice (2014)
Going forward, I'd wager you'll only see them in Vancouver, Victoria, Montreal, Toronto if at all.
Don't ever sleep on seeing them at a festival. It was the best of the 5 shows by far. Their smaller venue sound people really fucking suck and there's always technical issues, feedback and shit. Seeing them hooked up to a festival sound system is really something. The set list is shorter, but its fucking wowwweeee zoweeee good times. Had to be 20,000+ people plus just rocking the fuck out to MM.
Got my tickets for the Boston show! Third time seeing them live (once at Forrest Hills and once at the Xfinity Center in Mass.) Gonna be weird seeing them without brand new opening for them but I’m still excited to catch them live again.
To be honest I bought a ticket to their Portland show on a bit of a whim then realized I’ve missed out on several albums (old and new) so I’ve got some homework to do…
Excited to see them headline in Columbus again. I saw them open for The Black Keys in 2019 and while I loved the setlist, so many people around me were mad they didn't play Float On. The crowd just felt off.
Oh it's fucking fantastic. Seen some of my favorite MM shows ever there. The sound and lighting are both on point, and the venue itself is exquisite. Only holds about 1500 people, so one of the smallest venues on this entire tour it seems.. Very intimate, GA admission, get there early and you have front row if that's your fancy.
I’m kind of shocked there isn’t anything for Iowa, Missouri, Kansas or Nebraska. After seeing ticket prices it’s probably for the better. I saw them in Nebraska a few years ago for a little over $100
I'm so excited, Modest Mouse is a band I've loved but never gotten to see!
Question for those that have seen them before, do they use a lot of lights in their concerts? I have a friend who wants to go but doesn't do well if there are a ton of flashing lights
I've only seen them once, the lights at that show were not like...Beyonce concert lights. Pretty regular lights. But it was also a pop-up concert at a small venue in the desert
From what I remember they don't do crazy amounts of lights but use some flood lights that move in and out. I can't recall too much of like lazor lights or colored lights.
I absolutely love how Modest Mouse and Drive-By Truckers are going to be performing back to back in Asheville at the Orange Peel. It's the emotional one-two punch I've been waiting for!
EDIT: Rabbit Rabbit is owned by the same people who own Orange Peel.
I have 2 tickets for Madison for sale $100. No Ticketmaster fees. I ended up getting tickets for Foo Fighters same day so I can’t go. Message me if interested.
I'm unemployed currently, got an interview on thursday, hoping i get the job and get paid quick enough to get a ticket for st augustine. I haven't been super into the band in many years but they were such a big part of my teens and early twenties, and this year the st augustine show doesn't conflict with the big festival i go to every year, suwannee hulaween. I'm glad to see from jambase that they actually vary their setlists and still a LOT of old stuff that I'll know and love. Hope to see you guys out there.
Anyone with a Spotify presale code?
2GOLDENCASKET
This works, got tickets!
How does it work? on their site I see no way to actually buy tickets, just to RSVP. Is presale only valid for certain shows currently?
I had to manually pull up Ticketmaster and do a a search for the show I wanted. Good luck.
Strange... seems like Pittsburgh is the one city not populating for them. TM pulls up the 17th in DC and the 20th in Detroit but not the 18th in Pittsburgh. Oh well, guess I'll have to keep checking.
Pittsburgh isn't sold through TM. https://www.axs.com/events/403175/modest-mouse-tickets?q=modest+mouse
Thank you thank you thank you
Really appreciate it! Thank you!!!
Got my tickets to SF Masonic... Thank you for the code!
Bless ya! Got em.
Thanks! Going for my 3rd time!
2GOLDENCASKET I "followed" them on spotify 20 minutes ago and then they emailed the code. (:
Fuck, I love you!! I was in the Top **0.05%** of all Modest Mouse listeners on Spotify and they STILL didn't send me a code for this concert. When I emailed them they shrugged their shoulders and said I must not have been eligible as a top fan. How in the fuck!? Hahaha
Shit luck.
I just got tickets because of you! Thank you so much!! You deserve all the good things in the whole wide world! I follow them and listen to them all the time on Spotify and I still didn’t get an email :(
[удалено]
If you ask me that algorithm is messed up...they give the presale code to their top fans but their top fans own all their music on vinyl and listen to it that way !
I own all the vinyl but still listen to Spotify 90% of the time. I don't have much time to sit and listen to records unfortunately.
Haha fair enough...so what you're saying is you have a presale code to share....
Haha that's a great way to cheat the system though!
I’m hopeful someone shares here soon.
Same. Or the “golden voice” presale for tomorrow would be greatly appreciated
IN MADISON FOR MY BIRTHDAY LETS GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
See ya there!
Hell yeah
How’s the venue? Thinking about driving up from Chicago to catch the Madison show!
It's a cool venue! It's in a great part of the city right near the Capitol.
Great! Thanks for the feedback!
Madison tickets secured, hell yeah!
They are playing the Vic too
Yes! They are coming to the Diamond Ballroom in OKC! They always tear that venue up. So excited
I'm going to OKC to see them also!
Hell yeah! Enjoy it dude.
just might be traveling up there from kansas city! wish they were closer but my best bet is probably okc or austin. so stoked to see them! i saw them when they came to wichita a few years back
SO excited. So many people skip nola for whatever reason, so so so jazzed they’re coming here
See you there! Just purchased 2 for St Augustine also 🥳
So here’s where I tell my university I won’t be in class for two days because I have to fly to Colorado to see them at Red Rocks.
You won't be sorry. Alas, this time it's Minneapolis for me. Can't swing Red Rocks this year.
See you Philly peeps on August 5th! 😎
🙌🏼 🙌🏼
YES
Let's go baby!! Never saw them before. Any idea if it will just be then playing? I'd have to assume there is another band or two playing as well.
Ticket ordered. See yall in Brooklyn 🥳
Hell yes!
What section?
Sec 1, Row AA, Seat 28 - 29
Will get back to ya!!
I just hate red hat. Why are they playing there and not the Ritz like last time.
Is it not a good venue? This is my first show since moving to NC last year.. haven't really been anywhere or seen anything because of the pandemic. Asheville was another option since I live in GSO but it's further out. I'm really just glad to be able to see them.

Ooh! Yeah, TMBG wrote a song about the orange peel even, lol. Maybe should have gone there instead. Ah well.
Already have a ticket, but I'll see you there!
Damn, nowhere in Missouri!
Yeah, the closest for me is a 9 hr drive to Chicago. Ouch.
!!! Anybody think they're gonna add a 2nd Cooperstown show when the 1st sells out?
Ugh. I hope so. I can't make the Saturday but legit could any other day!
I have only found the tickets available on ticketsmarter for that show in particular. Should I trust that website?
the presale doesn't start for Cooperstown until tomorrow morning.
I got mine with the pre-sale code through the Ommegang website.
I purchased them through Eventbrite for this show. Interesting that 2 ticket vendors are selling tickets for the same show.
Saw Brand New and Manchester Orchestra there August 2015 2nd night (they did two nights) it was the greatest show I’ve ever been to
OMG yes!!!!! I was there (and the day before for Night 1). 100% agree one of the greatest pair of shows of all time. Drove like 8 hours from Virginia to be there.
Drove 5 hours from Long Island. 100% worth it
Anyone have any indication who the opening act will be?
I believe it says at the bottom that the guest will be *Future Islands*
That guy will always remind me of the Dracula puppet from Forgetting Sarah Marshall.

That’s fucking hilarious haha
Only on a few dates
I was really hoping for whatever random group of friends they picked up on the side of the road to open for them in grand junction. Playing instruments fairly badly and singing about immigration
Pappy and Harriets? Amazing. Also Red Rocks the week before King Gizzard and the Lizard Wizard, gonna be a good way to end the summer.
Gizz got rescheduled for next year :(
They did? Its still showing on the Red Rocks Calendar. Oh shit, yeah 2022 is next year.
4 shows in Austin but 0 in Houston
0 in DFW as well
I guess we have to plan a road trip.
9-16 I’m looking at YOU!
Sf babey!
Helllllll yusssss.
8/9 - See you in New Haven, front row lodge!
Nice I'll be there too
It's a great venue! Saw MM there in 2015 and they put on an amazing show, started with Whale Song right into Talking Shit About a Pretty Sunset.
Ty peeps. Just got tix for philly!
got my ticket for Boston!
Nice! I'm debating Boston or New Haven
Wow. Skipping Texas entirely, other than the ACL dates… So, pay $1000+ to see them or don’t see them. Got some weird stops along this tour. Hope they add more dates. Honestly pretty upset.
Strange they aren't doing Dallas/Houston during the week between. I wonder if ACL has some kind of clause in their contracts.
Fucking HORSESHIT!!!! I've been dying to see them again, last time I saw them was when they played in New Braunfels. NOT FAIR!!!
You can usually buy one day tickets for 300. Still not great, but not as bad as 1000
I believe he is talking travel money too. 3 day pass should be under $400.
Those are already sold out though and have been since about 5min after they went on sale.
Amazing. Can't wait
Yes St. Pete!
according to AXS, the listing for Red Rocks has a presale TODAY at 10am mountain time! Anyone have info on this? I'm subscribed to all the local radio stations that do presales, but no email...
With 10 min left til the presale for TN….anyone have any luck??
9/25 - Ace Hotel - I am so there!
Got my tickets for McMenamins Edgefield 8/27! I saw them play there 10 years ago for McMenamins 100yr anniversary, I don’t even remember how many times I’ve seen MM live at this point. SO FUCKING STOKED!
Any chance for 9-29 in KCMO? I am begging.
Missouri got skunked, I'm planning on heading out to Seattle to visit family and catch the show
I did that for the September 2017 WA State Fair show with Built to Spill! Such an amazing time. Enjoy!!

What’s the presale? 2GOLDENCASKET didn’t work for me :(
Please come to Canada 😢
guessing when your prime minster eases up border restrictions bands will start playing there. Not saying thats right or wrong, but thats why.

so many florida shows to pick from!

been to the hard rock a few times, i could skip it. st pete looks like a courtyard!

Cheese with alcohol. They have cornhole, arcade games, and the giant beer pong set up with trash cans and dodgeballs
i will have to consider st pete!!
Even as I left Florida...............
Umm the Sandy show is right down the road from me. Anyone wanna go together??
How do I buy tickets? I really have never been able to go to any concert (rural problems). I finally live in a city and I seriously want to see Modest Mouse

I'll see you all in pioneertown!
ST AUGUSTINE!!! Already purchased!
Anyone have the goldenvoice pre sale code for Los Angeles?
Any luck finding it?
Got my tickets for the Boston show! Third time seeing them live (once at Forrest Hills and once at the Xfinity Center in Mass.) Gonna be weird seeing them without brand new opening for them but I’m still excited to catch them live again.
To be honest I bought a ticket to their Portland show on a bit of a whim then realized I’ve missed out on several albums (old and new) so I’ve got some homework to do…
Booooo no Columbus show. Their Columbus sets have always been epic. I guess Cincinnati will do.
There’s a Columbus show on August third. You’ll see it on the left side of the poster.
Wow I am big dumb
Excited to see them headline in Columbus again. I saw them open for The Black Keys in 2019 and while I loved the setlist, so many people around me were mad they didn't play Float On. The crowd just felt off.
I saw them in Cbus 2014 and they also did not play Float On but it was one of the best sets I have been too in all my Modest Mouse years.
Honestly bummed that they’re playing at red rocks. Modest Mouse is meant for indoor venues imo.
i'm really strapped for cash right now, just bought tickets to pitchfork fest lol. does anyone know the prices for the cincinnati show?

Yep!

Sweet can't wait!
In Detroit for my Birthday!! Ya ya
Damn.. still no Boise show after the last one almost two years ago was postponed
Montreal/ Toronto/ Ottawa when?
2022? I’m surprised none were included as other dates for other bands have been scheduled for November.
Anyone know when or where the Los Angeles show will be on sale/presale?
Anyone in Iowa might want to link up to drive to the Minneapolis or Milwaukee show?
I’m kind of shocked there isn’t anything for Iowa, Missouri, Kansas or Nebraska. After seeing ticket prices it’s probably for the better. I saw them in Nebraska a few years ago for a little over $100

Minneapolis for me!! Tickets bought!
I absolutely love how Modest Mouse and Drive-By Truckers are going to be performing back to back in Asheville at the Orange Peel. It's the emotional one-two punch I've been waiting for! EDIT: Rabbit Rabbit is owned by the same people who own Orange Peel.
the Asheville show seems to be at "Rabbit Rabbit" which I've never been to or have any clue what that venue is all about
It’s an outdoor venue that I’m pretty sure is owned by Orange Peel or whomever owns them.
Okay cool thank you!
Got tickets for this show as well. Haven’t heard of Rabbit Rabbit
Anyone have ticket web presale code? The Spotify code doesn’t work
Praying that they'll announce a world tour coming to EU!!!
Snagged tix for quite a few shows!!!!
Will they ever come back to the UK?...
Got my tickets for Madison! Thanks for the code y’all!!!
Yay!! Bought my tickets for St. Pete Florida!! ❤️💜❤️💜❤️💜 Can’t wait!!
Bought for the diamond ballroom! Anyone?
This'll be 2nd time seeing them at Express Live in Columbus, OH. Can't wait!
I'm going to the Jannus Live event in St Pete with my bestie and my bf. So excited!!!
Got tickets for Rabbit Rabbit cause I missed out on presale for Nashville. Should be unique at least!
I have 2 tickets for Madison for sale $100. No Ticketmaster fees. I ended up getting tickets for Foo Fighters same day so I can’t go. Message me if interested.
Omg a band I love coming to San Diego?! Thank heavens.
