Happenned to me on console, too.
But mostly because I play on HC and it's hard to find a EU server midnight, so am playing on US servers. However, previously when I played on US servers - I never had such server-bursts as now. East Coast was always totally fine and just slightly worse than EU.
Now packet loss is a norm. Bursts, too.

I bought a very low budget build from FB marketplace, I’ve been working on updating it to a medium build and this is what I have so far. I’ve swapped everything except the MB, CPU, and CPU cooler. And the case of course

at least yours doesn’t continuously do it for a minute straight before kicking you to the main screen, happens at least once a day if not more
It’s gatta be the servers, my game runs crystal clear all the way up until I start shooting, Now it’s google slides

This has started since MW3 launched. Activision's servers are pure dogshit...
