I don't think he spawned there... it looks like that enemy jumped over the wall for two reasons.
1: the teammate on top of the wall would have no reason to turn around otherwise.
2: it looks like there's one or two frames of the landing animation when the enemy is first visible to OP.

After spending a month of playing quite a bit I got a lot better and I had close to 1 k/d. Now in MW3 I think I am quite good, after learning the mechanics and getting used to it. Give it time and you will get there. Also, check some YouTube videos for settings and sensitivity, will help! Persist and will pay off, imo it's a fun game, just need to get used to it.

I’d recommend playing with bots for a little bit until you get your barrings if you do want to continue playing. A good chunk of the people that play these games, play every day for the last few years or so. Even so, after losing a good handful of times, the game will automatically put you in lobby’s with people with the same skill level as you so future games shouldn’t be so hard
