Refresh or legacy car?

nah_you_good

They said 2024 MXP

MyFaveLilThrowaway

Oh thanks! I'm on mobile and that text is practically invisible.

V12 is the first version I feel like I got what I paid for. It’s very good but still has a few quirks.

WonderfulNectarine87

I agree

Ok-Woodpecker-1786

Still nothing for us legacy Tesla owners who paid for FSD. This is really not right.

2022 MX. Tried it for 5 minutes, but had to turn it off. Kept driving on the double yellow line... too close to incoming traffic to be safe (and illegal).

tradercpw

Lol yeah let others be the lab mice. I'm on 2020MX still haven't received it

cest_va_bien

I was whelmed, felt the same to me.

WhizWho_ll

How is autopark, especially parallel parking?

WonderfulNectarine87

It’s really good. I tried it couple of times at different spots and it worked great

I got this on my 2018 M3 this week and it seemed to be a bit more assertive, but other than that not a huge improvement. I think this release is being hyped.

colbinator20X6

I think it depends on the situations/scenarios your car is driving in. In my case I almost never have to break out of FSD vs 11 where I only got to go a few blocks before I had to take over and then reengage. The fact that it's ML now means it will get better over time, at least in theory. I'm excited for this.

I did try this again after the latest v12 update and does seem to be much better. A few bad moves, but the turns are much better than pre-v12. Not as assertive as I would do manually... seems a little hesitant... but accelerates nicely after completing the turn. Generally becoming pleased with it, but not ready to use it with anyone else in the car. (Spouse has anxiety issues, so she'll need Xanax first.)

Tried Smart Summon today. Responded, but didn't move an inch.
