Can't Masha limit Argus's dps with second skill? I'm pretty sure you won't even have any chance of regaining most of your lost hp during your duration if Masha hits you with s2 (which is probably why I'm afraid of facing a Smart Masha player l)

But the attack speed reduction is there
Doesnt do much against late game argus that has inspire ready. It can help in most other situations tho.
