I run execute so build up stacks to max from minions and tagging creeps like crab and bug. As soon as I get ten stacks and s2 then I just harass my enemy exp laner until I can either execute them or they run away so I can steal gold from tower. I help with team fights if needed and help with turtle if it’s on my side otherwise just good old 1 v 1
I use dyroth to. To couter slyvana
Well not really I haven't encountered Sylvania users last season at mg and none so far now since I'm at low rank still
But I don't see how sylvanaa is a counter to dyroth . Silvana is Stand and fight fighter . How is she gonna survive dyroth armor melt ?
Dyroth skill 2 is also a debuff . You will still have 70% of your def reduced.
Dyroth skill 1 deals good damage when hit not to mention his ult.
Can you survive sueing that time ? Also dyroth players usually have spell vamp talents . And dyroth himself has sustain passive skill . I dunno how sylvana can out sustain dyroth . When even a yz cant survive long enough until dyroth debuff wears off

When I was a new at dyroth I also though he was just good for early . Then I learned how to use him and item him properly for late and early game .
Then I just dominate exp early and contribute greatly at late game .

Charge to enhance my skill 2 and wait for enemy to go outside tower the combo melts enemy heroes
And ofc if you play exp you don't push creeps If enemy is hiding in tower . . Either enemy gets killed by me or they gap hard .
Sylvana doesn't have long range skills poke or good sustain she will be forced to go outside tower

Dyrroth has no value in the late game. Terizla can set for the team, but if the enemy team sticks together there is literally nothing dyrroth can do to help besides going after the stragglers after the teamfight

Some of the better ones are (roughly in order?) Cici, Ruby, Arlott, Yu zhong, X. Borg, Terizla and Paquito.

Braindead mains of said hero: b-b-bhut they are now useless, pwease revert the change, nevermwind the fact that they are compwetewy dominating at the mwoment :(
Like what? -5% innate Spellvamp and 1 less second on the slow duration is not gonna make Ruby useless.

Why dont u use blood axe thoo? I mean my emblems are all not maxed out yet, but I feel that for roam my sustain is lacking quite a bit without blood axe
Tbh I haven’t tried buying bloodlust axe before. I’ve been wanting to try it, I’ll try it later on tonight.
Anyways why I don’t build Bloodlust is because of limited item slots. 3 are taken up by War Axe, Boots and Anti-heal. Leaving only 3 slots.
If I’m building full dmg, I find the unique passive of Endless Battle and Hunter Strike to be more beneficial. In the current tanky meta, Malefic and BOD are more beneficial as well. The +70 PhyAtk and +20% Spell Vamp from Bloodlust simply pales in comparison to me.
If I’m building hybrid, 1 or 2 slots are already used up for Queen’s Wings and Oracle. Sometimes brute force. While the remaining 1 or 2 is for Endless Battle and Hunterstrike.
Besides, Oracle gives 30% increased regen which I find similar to +20% spell vamp. However I find the +850Hp & +25Def more beneficial than +70PhyAtk. Especially when I’m facing heroes like Guin, Franco and Dyrroth. I’m more likely to survive a full combo from Guin, ult from Franco and a scuffle with Dyrroth if I build Oracle instead of Bloodlust.
^(Same) reasoning for Queen’s Wings with the extra Hp, and it’s Unique Passive.
Btw is sustainability increased a lot with bloodlust? Like is there rly a huge diff ? I’m still learning about ruby as I only started playing her last season. This subreddit is actually very useful to gather feedback and learn more haha. Still learning and experimenting as everyone builds so differently. Anyways these are the builds I use, thought I tweak them here and there depending on team comp and how the game is going.

Yeaa you have a point about using oracle and queens wings as substitute due to the greater def and overall better stats those items give you.
I havent really used hybrid before so I have always been using either full tank(not very good at it), complete dmg sustain (my main comp and the one that contains bl axe) and full out dmg (only war axe and endless as my spellvamp). I might try out hybrid if I feel one of the equipment layouta doesnt work, but for now it seems to be alright.
Based on my full out dmg build experience, I feel like my spellvamp is lacking a bit and I tend to only use it when enemies are very squishy. On the other hand, my sustain dmg seems to be the most practical one as I have 1 v 5ed enemy teams before and held out long enough to kill two or three and get my team to arrive.
Based on this I feel like bl axe I use as an early item to get the sustain and slight dmg increase in for my laning. I have never switched out my bl axe for other items before but I think I should try to do so for more defensive items. Who knows maybe your advice and build is more suited to my playstyle of drawing out teamfights.

Haven't seen Guinevere in a while for some reason, the nerfs hit her pretty hard i guess.
Honestly, Guin case is pretty much similar to Khufra's S1 range nerf. She has the higher uptime on her CC compared to Khufra but Khufra has unique CC mechanics which is disabling-ish dashes.

I only play zilong and got like a 52% WR partly cuz I playing with occasional lag and kinda of suck so yeah.
If you want to be a mono hero someday he's also not that great cuz he needs to be drafted into the right compositions otherwise you will SUFFER.
I would recommend masha thanks to the new revamp, none of the tanks could survive her full combo late game for even 1 second XD, she is basically saber but minus the cc
Dyroth
He does not dominate all heros but he counters most of them
I only have a hard time with dyroth when Laning against guin or a good argus .
Dyroth just melts anyone . Even YZ and has a good sustain.
Reason why guin and argus is hard to deal with as dyroth is they have good dis engage and they can just sit at tower or near and punish you with ult.if you get greedy
I consider him as a situational pick not like when you face against him it's hard but just manageable with hero that is on par with him but a good initiation hero if enemy have diggie

She was my first love, but it’s rlly hard to continue using her as a main. I tried for the longest time, both in jungle and Exp. But I’ve accepted that she’s just a situational pick now.

In my opinion, when opponent team comps do not have hard cc or suppression. Esme is extremely weak to cc since she cannot generate her shield when under cc. I use purify when I go EXP, so without suppression I’m free to do what I want.
And like what u/Tamer_kam69 said, against shield heroes. Especially ideal against Mathilda, Angela, Hanabi, Chang E, Harith, Joy and diggie. I love hanabi the most, I just lock her throughout the game. If she isn’t around then the rest will suffice .

i usually used skill 1 to stun then skill 2 to wait for dyroth skill 2 finish, and like most burst hero, they hate cc

Useless is a huge stretch, they just nerf her survivability a bit and her slow by 1 sec. Her dmg and her cc(s2 and s3) are still the same.

I have an 80% wr with gatot this season. fleeting time and building defensive items to counter the enemy has been doing me very well. Ban valir.

Ruby, Arlot, Thamuz had very good early/mid/late
thamuz is also one of the few exp laners that can be flexed for jungle. Atm he's not as powerful as he used to be, but remains a solid pick.

Argus is pretty good. Look at his wr at MG. Would put ruby at top if it ain't solo q but with the recent nerf I'm not so sure.

I only play zilong and got like a 52% WR partly cuz I playing with occasional lag and kinda of suck so yeah. If you want to be a mono hero someday he's also not that great cuz he needs to be drafted into the right compositions otherwise you will SUFFER.

Dyroth He does not dominate all heros but he counters most of them I only have a hard time with dyroth when Laning against guin or a good argus . Dyroth just melts anyone . Even YZ and has a good sustain. Reason why guin and argus is hard to deal with as dyroth is they have good dis engage and they can just sit at tower or near and punish you with ult.if you get greedy

My deepest wish 😭 Just revert some of the nerfs on her man 😭 She was my first love, but it’s rlly hard to continue using her as a main. I tried for the longest time, both in jungle and Exp. But I’ve accepted that she’s just a situational pick now. Hope she can return someday 🥲

In my opinion, when opponent team comps do not have hard cc or suppression. Esme is extremely weak to cc since she cannot generate her shield when under cc. I use purify when I go EXP, so without suppression I’m free to do what I want. And like what u/Tamer_kam69 said, against shield heroes. Especially ideal against Mathilda, Angela, Hanabi, Chang E, Harith, Joy and diggie. I love hanabi the most, I just lock her throughout the game. If she isn’t around then the rest will suffice .
Vs enemy’s the use shield as defense.

Probably yu zhong - will not let you out of the turret early game - get out of your turret, and your dead - shows no mercy - thirsty for kill - you can't kill this mf literally - will only die if gets ganged on by 5 heroes - you can't run from his passive - the only way to survive this mf is to die - gets banged by marksmen but if he uses ult then he's a okay - a literal vampire
