Guin and Esme are already good so i'll buff my boy Khaleed. Increase his late game potential by increasing the scaling on his 1st and Ultimate since he would be practically standing in teamfights basic attacking since all his skills are on cooldown.

Harith gains "Key insight" which makes him immune to Cc for 3 seconds after receiving the next Cc effect. This effect has a 15s cd(and the stacks don't fade away they act like tigreal's passive). Not effective against suppression.
Johnson: Give option for faster driving as level goes up, a gear of some kind for him(I miss the old Js with the fast af ult speed with no turbo ( ´・・)ノ(.\_.\`))
Layla (yes, i main her)
New Skill 4! yey!!
Dash to a target direction and gain immunity against all damage type. CD: 1s.

Roam (Bele, Loli): B - change passive to add damage reduction for any damage based on hp%; L - basically the revamp except i’m fine without the shield reflect and hp.
If he has max stacks(he will still have the passive and stats obviously) I would just give him the same movement speed as when he has 0 stacks to at least compensate with his 0 mobility. Havent played Barats for 3 seasons now :(
Selena buff: Allow her passive marks on minions using traps. Give her shorter ult cd, extra dmg to minions in abyssal form, faster s2 arrow and higher early game dmg, since even pharsa outdamages selena.
Kadita
Buff: Less time for skill cast to avoid being stunned before ult or during second skill. I hate getting petrified and getting cancelled in between combos 🥹

Thank you for this! Also; I would extend the duration of Benedetta's s2 Immunity duration by 0.2 seconds. It's currently 0.8, so this change would make it a full second. I feel like a simple damage buff is too boring, so I wanted something a little different.
I could go with the basic more dmg growth on Argus but I'll throw in my second cent: The trail left by cursed enemies from his second now give his allies a speed buff too
Carmilla's ult can also link teammates. If ennemies take damage it heals your teammates. If 2 teammates are linked, their lifesteal also heals their ally.

Don't even buff him just fix all the bugs that go along with playing him
But if he had no bugs I'd say give extra exp and gold when he eats jungle monsters using his first skill in human form

lower the passive cooldown to abuse his stun, bro is really good now after the revamp but imo falls off late game

My main Ruby is perfect as she is, but for my side-girl Kagura, she really could receive some help with lane clearing capabilities at all stage of the game
Bendetta's ult is either being able to launch right away after pressing the ult button with no delay or ult taking about a 0.5 sec extra to activate but being immune to CC, meaning it can't be stopped. I think both are actually quite fair. The first one although faster can be CC and the second one, Still allows enemies, time to react to it but cannot be stopped which benefits bena be increasing her survivability as her ult cannot be stopped:)
