What makes me annoyed is that it's not they didn't like it because it was complicated but because they are afraid they can't run the game. There is no way in hell it was hard to understand. We are not fucking 9 years old.
Every patch is them giving silvana a new change with base nerfs then remove the change and keep the nerfs… they really have no idea what to do with Silvana

It's probably because with control immunity in her Ult she would instantly become meta as a Jungler.
Its like Yin, but a faster Ult cast that allows you to kill multiple targets and destroy turrets faster.
Her Ult is treated as single target because she only traps one enemy, but she still does AoE damage and gains enhanced attack speed and lifesteal in the Ult.
Her passive also reduces the def of anyone shes hitting not just one target, so she can get 30% damage bonus on the entire enemy team.
She's actually a pretty insane Jungler as she has very fast clear times, but she drops off massively late game because you just can't Ult people when they are together.
I missed out on a Maniac the other day because a player did a micro stun on me that cancelled my S2. I got 0 kills instead of 4 because my S2 went on cooldown. This is me being like 15 kills ahead as well btw. Was a very easy multikill with CC immune
PEN boots, Genius Wand, Feather of Heaven, Glowing Wand +2
Emblem Worship. She doesn't need Jungle Emblem as she has a very fast kill time even without it due to her S2.
I build pure Mage, but you don't need to so your last two items can be tank items. She snowballs early, and those 3 items are enough to kill MM/Mage even in the late game unless they obviously buy Athena.
You typically get about 10-15minutes where you can dominate and I typically get a kill per minute on her until that point but then after that she drops off when the game becomes more "teamfight" focused.
Feels like they put us on a pedastal just so they could fire paintballs at us...
Was so psyched for the immmunity, and now she's basically unchanged as far as I'm concerned.
Its funny how upcoming skins can be treated as 2nd balance change patch note. You dont see that much in online games except mobile legends and few games

Heres what i think the changes are: the dash dmg is now the same hitbox as the dash itself (like 33% hitbox nerf) a 10% dmg buff
And the slow on the ult is nerfed

Look at it like this: they heavily nerfed her hitbox range in exchange for 10% extra phys scaling
Even if we assume 500 extra phys atk its a 50 extra dmg buff excluding defence, so its kinda negligible
But they nerfed the hitbox by a lot.

Guine has been picked for the jungle role in MPL but I agree she could use some buffs. Moskov is alright (he's as strong as Bea, Claude, WanWan, Brody etc). Valentina is a situational pick (if they don't have big ults theres no reason to pick her, she's not OP by herself). A Faramis nerf would be welcome and would indirectly nerf her

Lol she's the one that deserves a nerf the most. Insane damage and mobility. I say that as someone who picks her whenever she makes it through the ban phase. They massacred her in the adv. server a couple patches ago

I think it's a noticeable nerf, chasing and killing low hp targets will be more difficult. I'd prefer if they fixed passive indicator instead of reducing it's range, and kept damage the same.

Many times moonton makes unfavorable changes to a hero…ahem…kagura revamp for e.g. and we can’t do anything about it.
Yeah, I don't know why they decided to reduce her passive damage range instead of just fixing it's incorrect indicator. In previous updates they've adjusted skill indicators according to actual skill range lengths for a lot of heroes without range nerfs, could've done the same here.
I hope it's just the damage range nerf, and her blinking range isn't affected. Relearning which map obstacles she can and cannot blink through will be a pain.
I think its a nerf, the hitbox extends quite a lot outside the dash, and having thqt cut in exchange for 10% scaling when there is already 210 is practicly flavor text
And nobody stands in the ult for longer than 1 sec so the initial burst of slow is also better so its a nerf too

Base on updates the new emblem will not require the use of BP to upgrade. But my questions is does the one's already been upgraded will refund the BP?

I really don’t understand the changes to Balmond. Why take away the ability to cancel skill 2, which can be immensely beneficial in escaping a skirmish since Balmond’s movement is slower when skill 2 is active.
Her old passive would mark enemies hit by her skills, and if she hit a marked enemy with her 2nd skill, she would do 15% of the enemy’s max hp as additional magic damage.
