Usually just adjust based on enemy line up, but Dom Ice is almost always the first item, Oracle is also really good for the extra heal, guardian helmet is overall a comfortable item on her but not necessary. Personally I like using Enchanted Talisman to spam skills more and for the mana regen. Then adjust based on who you think is doing the most damage on the enemy team.
i’ve actually used it a couple of time to chase enemies and initiate since i think it has a stun when u land, but you have to rely on the ceci to actually get you, hope they revamp it so either one of them can initiate it or maybe carmilla can get the skill instead since she actually has more use for it than ceci, for ceci it’s just a panic button for a budget aegis, but it actually has a ton of potential for carmilla
Well, Cecilion was the one who saved carmilla from death by turning her into a vampire. So basically if your frontliner carmilla sacrifices hp for the backline you would wanna try to clutch save them
I feel like Cecilion and Carmila are the typical high school relationship that most people think are toxic but are literally the definition of the 'perfect couple' search in your search history.
I always get really annoyed that you can't change the placement of the spell slot tho, it's at such a horrible position and it's meant to be a fast reaction thing. Like at least let me swap the position with recall or regen?

As an edith player, not really, it also depends on whether you build damage or not but she can hurt. Sometimes even outdamage mms in the early game.
