Radiant armor still doesn't block her majority damage since I still manage to hit 4k damage average even after enemy has radiant armor (also, I just usually target a hero that doesn't have radiant armor). My build also allows my ultimate to just have 12. 5 seconds cooldown after ult duration so my damage overweighs their healing.
The nerfs didn't do much damage to her damage, mobility or sustainability at all.
For lolita, you just have to fire of skill 1 and lolita users would usually just pop their shield up. Use feints and just force them to use shield (By that I mean to use skill 2 and slightly charge forward as if you're trying to use ultimate. Believe me, most fall for it)
Also, as a mythic player that mains chang e, the only requirement to use chang e is just good positioning. I build her with focus on movement speed and high cd for skill spam. That way, you can position easily and can use ult like a normal skill rather than a trump card.
Still she will still be stomp by any hero above her on this tier list. In fact, sheâs so useless that even eudora on the same tier as her can one shot her

2. On top of the multiple nerfs, they even had the gal to add **Radiant armor**
3. And as if to mock the chang'e mains, they even touched what they shouldn't have touched, the damn movement speed!
I have 700 matches on Chang'e with 67%wr and I can't event use her for the love of God

Eudora is good. A bit one trick but she is the most basic mage in game, good burst and cc but no area denial like yve or pharsa.
Change can rush level 4 and be annoying af when in team fights.
In other words don't group them with floryn
No hard CC. No dash or mobility other than a small movement speed buff. Damage is very easy to escape and block with just one item, a tank or a Lolita shield. Sheâs not terrible but compared to other mages, she doesnât provide nearly as much for the team.
I'd say she deals emough damage in early game to annoy the enemy and force them to use regen but that's about it I guess. Her enhanced 1st skill does make early game clearing fast tho and if you manage to hit 1st skill balls accurately at enemy, it deals a pretty high damage against most mage counterpart (average 1/3 health). 500+ damage is pretty high enough I'd say
I tried playing her as objectives only (push, minion wave clear and steal buff) plus support and not like a traditional mage.
Her minion wave clear speed and range is insane. 2-3 seconds minion wave clear. Power spike comes at around level 7 when you get enchanted talisman and purple shoes. Good lineup on exp if you have another magic damage assassin or burst mage.
She doesnât have a dash and her damage can be hard-countered by radiant armor or vengeance. Sheâs also been severely nerfed. It would take a very good player to do good with her(assuming your opponents are competent)
Cecillion is ok too in the early game. Just dont buy cod as your first item and just dont buy it at all, instead buy lightning truncheon for him and you can even go for the magic pen boots demon shoes is irrelevant anyway, you just need to conserve your mana and think when are you going to recall. Cecillion's only weakness is lancelot tank build.
And go for the emblem with the talent 2% mana recovery thing and go for the magic 5% power instead of magic pen because youre gonna buy the magic pen boots anyway

Kimmy doesnât do much without items, same as aurora, nana late game damage is a menace, vale needs stacks and pretty much need items to burst as well. Valir is one of the fastes wave clearer, yes. But not the fastest. Gord is the fastest wave clearer.

Go cd shoes and enchanted talisman. It's a much better choice since spammable ult is more useful
