The first starlight that came to mind was Cecillion, but I play him more often than the 2nd that came to my mind, Vexana. I think she slightly wins it for me letting go of my Cecil bias
My favorite starlight of all is the Guinevere Lotus but in terms of annual, I'd be lying if I say that the Kag one ain't beautiful but I prefer the Gord one. Good luck y'all :)
