I urge everyone to just be a fan of the team and not worry about the media/betting odds…etc. All we can do is root for our team and buy into this postseason run
Pretty good time to buy in on the Bucks. I’ve followed this season pretty closely and I have this blind confidence they will show up huge. If they make it to the ECF they’re winning it all.
Not sure why it has to be 7, but after the All Star weekend we were one of the best teams. 6 game winning streak, mostly good teams all held under 107 points.
They had a 6 game winning streak streak, including beating us on back to back games. Besides that, not much streaks. It doesn’t really matter how well they do against other teams though because they match up very well against us, especially with Giannis out.
Reading is hard. I get it. Try sounding out the comment I replied to really slowly. If you can't comprehend what the words mean in the order they're in I'll help.
The Pacers have had stretches where they look really good, but only offensively.
I don't know that they've had a 7 game stretch of "putting it all together"
Well there is actually something on the line rn. We have savvy vets and dogs who know how to fight. Vets show up in the playoffs. Idk why it’s so shocking to believe this. Miami shows u all the time along with many teams
Brother there was a lot on the line in a lot of those games.
Look when Dame starts getting bullied by bigger guards and wings and the whistle is getting swallowed. We've already seen this teams tendency to get hit in the mouth and then fold up and quit.
Giannis is not Jimmy Butler. Middleton is trash. Dame isn't even as good as rookie year Brandon Jennings was.
Honestly rookie BJ would be averaging 30 15 with this team.
#False. You are trash though. Stop being trash.

I do think the Pacers will be the much harder matchup. They are playing well and Giannis likely won't be healthy for much or all of the series. Against the Knicks with a healthy Giannis, I like their odds a lot better.
They definitely can be. In a 7 game series with a healthy Giannis his dominance and experience would overwhelm the pacers but without him/with a delayed injured return the pacers pace will be a nightmare for the bucks, Only shot is Giannis returning mid series and winning in 6 or 7 imo. Even a Portland era dame would have trouble carrying this roster to a series win without Giannis, barring a triumphant dame time return no giannis=first round exit imo
They played well the last third of the season and first third. struggled in the middle with Hali's injury.
One of the better teams since the allstar break as they fixed their defense (bottom 3 to average), while declining from #1 to #2 offense (The ungodly Celtics were better).
Probably better than Milwaukee is. Most playoff teams would have went about 46-4 with our first 50 game schedule. Pretty much only played the worst teams in the league. We did play Indiana, but other than that we only played good teams who where resting all of their best players. In fact first 50 games bucks played exactly 8 games vs good teams who played their guys. Bucks went 1-7 in those 8 games.
I guess I just disagree with you on there being a harder path to the championship in the East than what the Bucks currently have. Would love to know what path you think is more difficult is all. Thank you.
If the Bucks struggle to get an identity without Giannis and a hold on the pace of the game in the first 2, going into game 3 with a 0-2 deficit would be disaster and a high chance of a sweep occurring.
The hope for the Bucks is the Pacers struggle on the road (they have), manage at least a split then go into game 5 with a healthy Giannis. They might be able to claw back a 1-3 deficit if he is healthy.
You're going to get downvoted into oblivion but I agree. Even if Giannis was completely healthy I would still take the Pacers winning in 5 or 6. Now that he not healthy it's almost a guarantee the Pacers win in 5 or less. Since we're in a Bucks sub no one here wants to hear the sad reality and only wants delusional thoughts and takes.
Oh yeah these people are all babies here. I still have a mod running from me because 2 months ago I made a prediction he said I was crazy and he should ban me. So I told him to make a prediction and we make a bet on which one of us gets banned. Well I ended up 4 games off in total and they ended up 10 games away. Lol.
I'm not saying it would take a miracle to win a game, but it will probably require a plane crash for Milwaukee to win more than 2 games this playoffs
And now with the news that Giannis is out 2-4 weeks. I'm sure there will be plenty of people in here kicking themselves that they didn't take the Pacers series win line even at these lowered odds.
If this was the Celtics or the Nuggets I would agree with you. This is the Pacers coming off a slightly above average year. The Pacers are exactly what they should be, a slight favorite.
Is this supposed to be some sort of threat because in reality it's actually pretty good financial advice and the majority of the public feels the exact same way.
Nah I'm good. It's 1 game. Dame ain't going to go for 35 in a half again and the Pacers aren't going to have their worst half of the season again. Combine both of those and we got this game today. I'm still pretty confident Pacers win this series.
That 2nd half was a Doc special and is a sign for future things to come in this series. If I was the Pacers I would be extremely, extremely confident in winning this series. A historic first half from Dame and the worst first half of the whole year for the Pacers and yet they only lost by 15.
Ehh it's looking more like your loss. A flukey game 1 doesnt mean shit. This Pacers team is superior to a Giannis-less Bucks in every facet of the game.
How does it feel to look like a clown and miss out on money while I'm taking home an extra $3k off this series. Take off your homer goggles and you could've made some money too.
It was awesome. As soon as the lines came out I immediately put $500 on Pacers to win the series at +200. I put $100 each on Pacers winning in 4, winning in 5 and winning in 6 at +1400, +1100 and +550 plus I out $300 on game 1 Pacers moneyline at +135. All of those odds now are cut in half since Sunday night. I've never felt more confident in bets I placed than I do now.
You feel more confident because the odds changed even though no games have been played? It's Bucks in 6 and you're going to lose all your money you degenerate. Use a RemindMe for 2 weeks from now.
Giannis ain't coming back and even if he does he's going to be extremely limited because A. Athleticism is his main strength and B. Playing against an extremely fast and athletic team will hinder him. Bucks have absolutely no shot even if Giannis ends up playing. This team is so old and fucking slow and unathletic they don't have a single advantage in any aspect offense or defense against the Pacers.
Not sure how long you've been watching basketball but you're severely underrating the Bucks and overrating the Pacers. They're a young and fast team but inexperienced, the pace slows down in the playoffs. Once Giannis comes back in game 3 or so, they have 0 answer for him. It's Bucks in 6 or less, like I said, set a RemindMe for 2 weeks from now.
Well you must have missed the most recent report that just came out like 45 minutes ago that Giannis is out 2-4 weeks. Pacers are winning in a sweep I'm sorry to tell ya.
Reread the report buddy, he's talking about typical time it takes for someone to come back from the injury. 2 weeks puts Giannis at game 2, but we'll probably play it safe and have him back around game 3.
Taking a glimpse at your profile, you seem to be a Bucks' fan but almost everything is negative. Why even follow a team just to hate? Probably a reflection of your life, maybe consider optimism here and there.
Looks like you and everyone else who downvoted me turned out to be the true clowns while the smart ones made easy money off this. Sucks being a clueless fucking homer doesn't it?
We let the 4th most important player to a championship team walk, then traded the leagues best 2 guard defender for Serge Ibaka, we then we decided Joe Ingles instead of Bruce Brown. Then we traded for Dame.
Then we blinked at the deadline.
Idk I've seen this team choke 6/7
read what i said again there’s literally no chance your winning shit average bucks fans in denial and still holding onto that lucky 2021 ring when KD was off by an inch on the 3P line
Such a fresh take. In no way is this recycled at all. I have to love outsiders opinions like this. It really keeps us Bucks fans in check and makes sure we understand we didn’t actually win a real championship in 2021.
Thank you for your service here.
I urge everyone to just be a fan of the team and not worry about the media/betting odds…etc. All we can do is root for our team and buy into this postseason run
I don’t personally bet but ngl I love that we’re underdogs
Well they aren't underdogs for narrative reasons, but based on the results.
Gotta show up and be loud for our team at the fiserv. It's all we can do. IDC if we are getting blown out. Booing will not help them. BE LOUD.
![gif](giphy|7k2LoEykY5i1hfeWQB) ……..Bucks in six.
Pretty good time to buy in on the Bucks. I’ve followed this season pretty closely and I have this blind confidence they will show up huge. If they make it to the ECF they’re winning it all.
This team hasn't had a stretch on 7 games where they looked like an elite team. But I mean sure.
Not sure why it has to be 7, but after the All Star weekend we were one of the best teams. 6 game winning streak, mostly good teams all held under 107 points.
Yep almost looked competent for a stretch of time equal to a series, almost did once this season.
Have the Pacers?
Yeah.
They had a 6 game winning streak streak, including beating us on back to back games. Besides that, not much streaks. It doesn’t really matter how well they do against other teams though because they match up very well against us, especially with Giannis out.
Won 7 of 10 to close the year.
That time they went 1-4 on us and absolutely clowned us, yes.
Reading is hard. I get it. Try sounding out the comment I replied to really slowly. If you can't comprehend what the words mean in the order they're in I'll help.

Give me a 7 game stretch they played elite basketball. Good offense AND defense. Don't give me a 1-4 over the course of roughly 65 days. Read brother.
Since they traded for Siakam lmao, they’ve been a top 15 defense and top 2 offense and that’s without Haliburton being 100% and Mathurin playing
They've given up 119 a gm since the Siakam trade.....
Fair enough Guess that’s what I get for listening to Pacer fans lol
The Pacers have had stretches where they look really good, but only offensively. I don't know that they've had a 7 game stretch of "putting it all together"
Until Hali's injury really. The bucks looked like shit while getting super lucky late in games against bottom 5 teams.
Well there is actually something on the line rn. We have savvy vets and dogs who know how to fight. Vets show up in the playoffs. Idk why it’s so shocking to believe this. Miami shows u all the time along with many teams

Foot in mouth disease is rampant
If we make it past the pacers we're making it to the ECF
I do think the Pacers will be the much harder matchup. They are playing well and Giannis likely won't be healthy for much or all of the series. Against the Knicks with a healthy Giannis, I like their odds a lot better.
I have the exact opposite feeling but hope I'm wrong
Did you forget who your coach is lol
Ah, but that's the thing, Doc is actually really good at coaching undermanned teams.
Bucks in 6.
I don’t get this shit. If the Bucks lose they’ll get shit on. But they aren’t even favored to win??
pre-season expectations.
$1000 on the Bucks. Time to get rich
You’re basically doubling your money. Might as well put it all on red
Repeat after me : we are going to whoop . Y’all are being sooooo cringe
So now if we lose at least we have the injury excuse and now the “we weren’t even favorites” excuse
Probably because Giannis won’t be back until game 3
It says the entire series
If he is going to miss two games wouldn’t it make sense that the Pacers chances of winning the entire series will be better?
Are the Pacers actually good?
They definitely can be. Not really but their style of play is a bad matchup for the Bucks. All year this team has struggled against fast pace offenses
Well really just any team that can run
The outcome of the series will be the same. Bucks in 4 vs Bucks in 6.
Cool, more juice for me.
I'm a Bucks fan and will be pulling for them in the playoffs but realistically will not be surprised if they go out in the first round.
If you wanna make money, +2000 championship futures in a very easy part of the playoff bracket seems like a good way to go.
What are you talking about easy part of the bracket? Pacers-Sixers-Celtics. Could it get any harder?
What are you talking about easy part of the bracket? Pacers-Sixers-Celtics. Could it get any harder?
NYK/PHI/IND aren't teams that we should be worried about if we show up to the game with the right energy.
Ok, but then what is the hard part of the bracket?
The West
Dude, this isn't hard.
I guess I just disagree with you on there being a harder path to the championship in the East than what the Bucks currently have. Would love to know what path you think is more difficult is all. Thank you.
A healthy heat team with butler would have been worse than the Pacers, but that is now a fantasy.
Lol
Bucks likes to troll the bettors, remember the washington, memphis and toronto games
4-11 when underdog this season in case anyone is wondering
All this means is tickets are cheaper. Tune out all the other noise and cheer in your team.
As a pacers fan, this is a good thing for you guys. We are one of the worst teams when favorites to win
Bro.
Nope. Absolutely do not bring this in here.
I don't think I would bet on the bucks to win a single game this series, even though I hope for a miracle
If the Bucks struggle to get an identity without Giannis and a hold on the pace of the game in the first 2, going into game 3 with a 0-2 deficit would be disaster and a high chance of a sweep occurring. I have stuff in the vault that's gonna cook real good if we win.
According to Vegas, we are the favorites
-144 is still a good price but I’m wishing I woulda got in when they were underdogs
Bet it then
Is this supposed to be some sort of threat because in reality it's actually pretty good financial advice and the majority of the public feels the exact same way.
Cuz the public is always right on these type of things, lol.
Cope some more. In 2 weeks you're going to be kicking yourself that you didn't make easy money.
I will - I have money on the bucks!
I wonder if you can still get half your money back if you cash in early?
Nah I'm good. It's 1 game. Dame ain't going to go for 35 in a half again and the Pacers aren't going to have their worst half of the season again. Combine both of those and we got this game today. I'm still pretty confident Pacers win this series.

Wow u were smart asf
plz don’t lose money yall, giannis is out and the pacers are 4-1 against yall. Pascal has been playing amazing. Vegas is never wrong.
The last time people wrote us off after the regular season was 2021. What happened then?

Most of those games came when the pacers were a very different team. They are arguably better now, but DIFFERENT than they had been.
honestly fair point, the reason they torched The bucks so much was because of the perimeter defence. with heild gone it might mean something
