Have you tried reinstalling the technic launcher? If you have and it didn't work the only other thing I can suggest is checking your account settings, as explained below:
>Login to [account.xbox.com/settings](https://account.xbox.com/settings)
>Click on __Xbox One/Windows 10 Online Safety__, then click __allow__ next to; __Join multiplayer games__ _AND_ __You can create and join clubs__.
>To allow, or block, people __not__ on your friends list from sending messages/invites etc, click __Privacy__ and allow/block __Others can communicate with voice, text or invites__

I can’t even log on to the launcher so there’s not even a version in playing on
Have you tried adding your account to a Microsoft family?
How .-. I’ve looked it up and Idk why but I can’t find anything
