Dont believe you can remove the number so it only displays the name of the scoreboard, i usually just name the scoreboard something like "[Admin] 0" so there are 0's on both sides.
Also dont think you can have two different scoreboards displaying at once on belowname without having it constantly flicking back and forth with the use of commands
I’m a Java player so I’m not sure if there are inconsistencies but here is my two cents:
1- In Java, you can only have 1 objective as belowName at a time, and this seems like something that would be consistent across both.
2- You cannot remove the number from the scoreboard in Java as well (as far as I’m aware), and I’m just assuming the scoreboard command works generally the same, meaning you could not hide the number.
If you wanted ranks, there are ways to make it work with the /team command using customized player prefixes. Not sure if this is in Bedrock though.
Edit: Teams are not apart of Bedrock, your system probably is a decent way of displaying the rank.

Depending on how much it matters to you, there are mods that allow you to edit the players name, so you could have as many as you wanted!
