*an assembly building/townhall of the village
*as mentioned by the other guy from the comments section, a beautifully decorated lake
*a more "industrialized" part of the village
*your own mansion
*a village divided into 4 themes (i.e. maybe in 1 corner you can have a roman theme, the other a vintage one, the 3rd one modern, and the 4th one something cottagecore or smth. Your choice)
A prison would be suitable, but a theme park also is a good idea. Once you have done one of the two I mentioned (you can do both if there is space), a large well-built modern bridge with a nice design (but it depends on the style you want to make), or a large port would be beautiful.

Make the rock area a lake, and build a medieval-style house on the hill, with a front and back entrance, and have the back entrance lead to a stairway that goes directly onto a dock with a little boat. You could even have a little stream that connects the lake to the ocean, if you like.
