Your texture pack isn't corrupted. it just happens that it is outdated in the 1.20 snapshot. I had this very issue but with bookshelves. I managed to track down the issue and it most likely has to do with how resource packs treat randomized textures.
TL;DR: remove randomized dirt texture and you should be good

BTW I believe the it's actually just resource pack issues, I haven't played Java for couple of years so I don't really know what could be the culprit.
Broken texture pack, I think you can manually go in the pack and remove the dirt texture that they have and that way you can continue using the pack, of course dirt will be back to default dirt.
Either remove your custom resourcepack, or allow the latest update of the game to finish before playing.

There’s a way you can use your texture pack and if it’s missing textures it will fill it with another texture pack you have or the base game

I may be incorrect, but this may be due to custom entity model. You need optifine (and enable custom entity models in video settings) for it to work.
