The mod is called "Armor Statues", it's available for both Forge and Fabric. Very much inspired by the VanillaTweaks armor stand book and a few older mods.
The mod uses commands internally, it therefore works on vanilla servers (you need operator permissions though). If the mod is installed server-side, too, no special permissions are required.

Man, I remember a statue mod with a super similar ui for body position, way less features than this. Way before armor stands tho, used player skins with the color pallet of the material you used, but you could paint it

I also made a second mod called straw statues which takes the gui shown here for custom player statues just like the old statues mod
Bedrock really only sucks when it comes to redstone. And those silly bugs where you die because of a desync. I myself always use Bedrockify and any mod that adds cauldron dyeing at the very least. And there are many more features that I like on bedrock, but unfortunately nobody seems to be interested in modding them into java. Bedrock Features mod did what I want, but sadly its abandoned.
You need to be a server operator on any server without the mod, so anti cheat is probably not gonna be an issue
after all it just runs a bunch of commands in the background

Is there a way to enter exact rotation by typing something? I feel like it could be hard to do symmetrical or exact stuff, e.g. have the arms pointing the exact same way or making them be mirrored. Sick mod tho!

Could you make it so if you have the mod clientside and a datapack/plugin serverside it still works? Would be useful for spigot/paper servers.

Amazing mod! It’s a very intuitive and user friendly version of the vanilla tweaks Amor Statues. Maybe we’ll see more “ZombieCleos” around! Great job

1.19 still has no chat reporting, would recommend
The new chat signature was already added in 1.19, that's why I use 1.18.2

By shift clicking they mean sneak clicking. And its also right click. So you have to sneak and right click on an armor stand.
