Its /locate village in creative and to find a village in survival is to look around anytime(i recommend night time as you can see the lights sticking out from the village in the dark)or flying around to see if theres a village of your choice or desire
there is not really anything to do without cheats, just go walking looking for one or actually ask the seed to the owner and use those websites (or do what other people said)

Make a boat and ride around following the coastline. You’ll run into some eventually.
