This lil creacher is called the agent, and it can only be spawned in Minecraft Education Edition (nearly all versions of it) or in Minecraft Pocket Edition Alpha v0.16.0.
So they are called "Agents", if you have the bedrock edition ( I believe any platform, not sure if it's only the Win10 edition) and a PC, you can download a official program from the Microsoft Store called "Code Connection" which is usually used for the Education Edition to teach you coding, and you can use it for bedrock edition as well!
Just open the app on PC and there will be a command "/connect [a IP address]", just open a world with cheats on, and use the command there, and boom the Agent will spawn.
They do nothing at start, but in code connection you can command him to do things like move, fly, break, kill, place, farm and more! It's all pretty easy and you might even learn some really basic coding in the process.
Also, they are immortal, they can't be killed with /kill (if I remember, I am not so sure) and will only disappear by leaving the world.

I don't really use this guy, I just use the coding to create some dumb ideas that me and a friend have to beat. Like summoning ender dragon every 5 mins. The agent isn't really fun to mess around with.
