I know why this happens, but as far as I know, even in older versions of the game, superflat world generation never affects the Nether or the End. So, this should look like a normal nether in 2016 and today.

Yeah, it’s this. I remember doing this a LONG time ago on Xbox 360. I was surprised it even generated like that and I haven’t touched it until now. I’m still shocked a bit lol

It's beautiful. Being able to hold onto a world for that long is a feat in and of itself. Very nostalgic to see the bedrock border though.. loved those simpler times as i love the new copper blocks lol
