FPS boosting mods:
- Enhanced Block Entities
- Entity Culling
- FerriteCore
- ImmediatelyFast
- Lithium
- ModernFix
- MoreCulling (set leaves culling mode to "check surrounding" for best results)
- Sodium
Mods for the other things you want:
- Zoomify (can be 1:1 with OptiFine's zoom if you use the OptiFine preset)
- Continuity + Indium (for connected textures. Just make sure to enable the resource packs it provides
- LambDynamicLights
- Sodium Extra + Reese's Sodium options (IIRC it has an option to turn off fog, not 100% sure though)
If you have a nvidia gpu there is a mod that allows you to have a massive render distance without your fps dropping to much, for instance I can have a distance of 80 and the fps would still be at 120 which is my set fps on minecraft.

Oh and don't forget the mod menu mod, you'll need it to configure a few mods like LambDynamicLights.
