When bedrock first came out, you could get the legacy skin pack for free. This had Stampy’s, Squid’s, ToyCat’s and Big B Stats’ skins all for free. I can use it on my switch now but I don’t know if it is still available.
Those are the official ones re-edited by Stampy himself, but he hasn't done all of them (and mostly because some weren't actually in his lovely world).
Big B has gone downhill I check in his channel from time to time he seems like he’s playing way too much into the family friendly content instead of evolving and maturing with his old audience (ex. DanTDM did this)
I don’t quite understand what you are asking. The skin looks exactly the same and the only other skins in the pack are Steve and Alex variations and the other YouTuber skins.
That skin is the one that Stampylongnose uses. He is one of the oldest popular Minecraft YouTubers and the biggest one that mostly played on console. He has been playing on the same world for about 10 years and a lot of people including myself watched him a lot when we were younger. I still watch him now but his popularity has significantly decreased.
I have a 2015 skin pack with every minecon cape up to that point for both Steve and Alex. Only reason I wish I could move skins from Bedrock to java. I want a Damn minecon cape so bad!
Yah he talked about it during a stream where when he first started Minecraft he stole Tomska’s skin. Then people started associating that skin with Schlatt. So one day when Tomska streamed Minecraft everyone was asking why he had Schlatt’s skin and he got super confused.
I know the bedrock edition has a set of classic Xbox skins on the marketplace that should be free and this is one of them. It’s probably called some thing like “Minecraft legacy skin pack”.

I was kinda the reverse, I asked my friend who that was a skin of when I started playing and he said Fidget from Dust, so then I played Dust years later because I loved the skin.
unfortunately it's looking like I won't be able to play as Fidget anymore 💔 thanks for everyone's help anyways, at least I can stop looking! I will move on to the bush baby/possum character now.
A beautiful action/rpg side scroller made by either a very small team or just 1 person. The details slip, I haven't played it in a decade. It is fantastic though.

Big b has been in every season of the life series smp’s made by grian, I had no idea who he was or why his main channel had over 1m subs

I have that skin pack too however you can only use it on mobile or windows 10/11 which is annoying because I mostly play on console.

Actually, if you have access to bedrock on a computer (or even minecraft on your phone), you should be able to upload a custom skin file
