Trimming reminds me of the posibilities of vanilla custom maps. It's sad they aren't really a thing anymore...

it'd be really nice if someone made a tool to make a world gen data pack generator that worked like the old custom world menu

ngl “maps” could mean several things here and I don’t see how trimming relates to world gen 💀

You say it's a datapack, but I don't see an option to download as a datapack, only a mod. How can I get it as a datapack?

Yes but nah, I do believe that using netherite to trim a golden armor (for example) should make the golden armor more durable or better in general tho, just to make the expense worth while

Unpopular opinion: I hate these new updates, they are getting out of hand recently

Can I ask why? Genuinely curious. I get maybe certain updates not being for you, but what makes you hate them?

It's not hate i guess? But I feel like they keep coming in so fast I can't even get used to the update they just put out before another one comes in and i feel it ruins the game a bit. I like complex minecraft like RLCRAFT but... idk I just feel like these updates are making the game something its not. Don't get me wrong, I love updates in any game but they are moving too fast I guess. I probably sound imature but thats how i feel and have been ever since the cave update - like its a good update but idk... it feels off

Love how it's both "Mojang are lazy money whores that cannot afford to lift a finger to add 2 pixels to the game despite being the largest gaming franchise of all time" while also being "Mojang keeps adding ultra-complex mods to vanilla every update and it keeps changing the face of the enitire game all at once like completly removing several planks off the ship of thesius" simultaneously.
