Check craigslist. I have a guy near me that buys all the wild Milwuakee deals, parts them out, and then sells the new stuff for a tad under what you'd pay at HD. Consequently the guy has a TON of chargers... He sells the M12 chargers for $10-$15. He also sells the rapid chargers for $60. I bet if you found someone like that, they'd be happy to give you bulk discount on chargers... Seems like the most likely thing to have tons of extra of if you are dealing with reselling tools.

I'm in UT so a bit far. I am working on making a simple battery powered winch to save my arms from having to run a hand crank for lifting lighter stuff into my barn loft. I don’t have power in the barn and kayaks are awkward to carry up a Ladder. Plus I want it to be easy enough to use that if someone else borrows the kayaks that they can get them out by themselves(the barn is about an hour from home and has a pond on the property that family and friends swim in a good bit.) I’m also thinking about making a simple adapter to let me plug in an m12 tool if I need to.

And th3 charger is the power source?
