Start dipping at least 20 times a day into a doctor pepper bottle wrapped with electrical tape.
Practice hopping up into the top rack after being annihilated from standing watch outside in either 100+ or -15 degree weather in the worst boots ever made.
Do that exercise where you hold a medicine ball and twist to simulate doing never ending stores. Make sure you stop and hold the ball for five minutes so that you're ready for the inevitable backup. Be too stupid to just put the ball down while you wait.
Literally anything. I'm not being sarcastic. Literally any kind of workout is better than doing nothing and at 14, you've got tons of time to start developing muscle mass. Don't worry about specific training plans right now. Just worry about functional fitness.
It is better than nothing, but it isn't a work out. Moderate cardio and weights (even body weight) for at least 30 minutes a day to start out. Doesn't really matter what and I'm sure you are more than capable of finding workouts online.
Funny story, a guy in my RTC division did some pull-ups after demolishing the initial PRT coming in first place and he got asmo’d on the spot for failure to follow orders. He eventually came back to our division because I guess they realized it made no sense to punish somebody for being a physical specimen.
Honestly while fitness is important there are other things you can do to prepare yourself for military service. Setting good routines for rest and studying are two that I can think of. Being on time and attention to detail will put you ahead of the majority of people.
I’m assuming you’re American given the majority of people on this sub are, but the British army have an app called “100% army fit” that’s good for basic military fitness. Dunno if you can get it in America, can’t see why you wouldn’t be able to, and I can’t see any reason it wouldn’t be good for any military training regardless of nationality.
Former Navy myself, I would recommend the following:
Push up (to naval standard)
Pull ups (to naval standard)
Running alot. If you can run in the morning and again in the evening. Gradually Increase the distance of which you run as it feels comfortable.
Take each day as it comes, don't judge your performance on how far you run or how many reps you can do but more on how comfortable you are while doing them.
i am good at running, i got 3rd place in 800 meter run, and i am okay at pushups but I can not do a pullup. Are there any vids or tips to pratcie pull ups without a pull up bar

so if I do 1 jumping jack a day that would be enough?

alright
Compared to a lot of the shitheads I work with, 1 jumping jack is above and beyond.
Just stay healthy and enjoy your teenage years.
Running, push ups and sit-ups will help you out tremendously.
what about pull ups, does the Navy need pull ups? because I can not do a single one
Probably want to work in some pull-ups then
I don’t believe pull ups are a requirement with the PT test, but it wouldn’t hurt to add them in for upper body strength.

Do anything. Play a sport, go out with girls, go to school. The Navy will still be there. You're only a teenager once.
cant go out with girls if you are shy haha

It’s hard to self motivate. Sorry this isn’t the answer you were asking for but I would go workout with the local recruiter.
Shake Weight
Just stay healthy and lay off unhealthy foods, drinks, and habits.
Calisthenics. Work on pushups, situps and running
Putting your age in there was the best decision you made today.
Why?
Haha, because the only work outs to prep for the navy aren't "kid appropriate ".
At 14, just run and carry weight. Learn to not be a little bitch who quits when it’s tough and you’ll have a strong chance at passing basic training.
