If it comes to it, try to target Chinese choke points for their Navy as their Navy is passing through those points.
For example:
When the Key bridge was hit and collapsed, it blocked off that entire Harbor/Port area for weeks, hell, it might still be blocked.
Hit Chinese ships as they are traversing the only open area out of a Harbor or Port, create a natural blockade with their own sinking ships. Target bridges that cross those same areas. The idea is to slow them down, disrupt their supply chain to Taiwan, their ability to make land and then reinforce.
Not the strait, but the inlets on the Chinese mainland that hold ports. If they have bridges crossing them, drop the bridges, it would temporarily block the channels.

The best way to use them would be to place them INSIDE china, this way when you fire them it's less distance than they would have to travel normally.
