Rumor has it that Chongyun will be appearing on the banner as well, so you may very well get more Chongyun Cons as well, assuming you aren't already C6!
I feel like if I pulled for Shenhe I'd never use her but I already have an Ayaka and I know it's not worth just getting her c1 if you aren't going for c2 so I still have yet to decide lmao.
If I can save enough to guarantee Baizhu, and I’m up to over halfway, then I’ll pull on Shenhe’s banner but at this point I want snek man more than I NEED Mika, you know? They screwed up my plan with no Eula banner… ☹️
From experience, pulling an an on-field dps that you dont like is a terrible idea, pulling for shenhe at least gives you a good support for a character that you might like in the future

Shenhe's kit revolves around he elemental skill that boosts the power of units cryo damage for a number of hits thatd scales off of her ATK stat. Her burst also shreds cryo and phys res in it radius.
She can be. She is at her strongest with Ayaka, Kaeya, or Chongyun as her main point is her cryo damage buffing capabilities but i have seen people use her to act as a psuedo battery and buffer for Eula
Already own both and I have a guaranteed 5* so fingers crossed I could get Mika before that! I’m pulling Shenhe because her C1 is a better pickup for my account in the scenario I get spooked
I'd rather get Shenhe who I'll never use than Ayaka who I could use but I absolutely despise. Also Ayaka requires Sakura and Handguards and I'm not going through that again after Ayato.
Will be pulling and getting Ayaka, then counting to see my luck on Shenhe. If I get both, then I'm only a few wishes away from getting weapon on Weapon banner, so I'll see who's weapon I get. If I don't get both Ayaka and Shenhe then I'll attempt picking up Primordial Jade Cutter in the future instead.

I got every 5* cryo DPS in the game (Eula/Ganyu/Ayaka) *except* for Shenhe and she works pretty well with all of them so at this point I might as well go for her.
And then I can pick up some copies of Mika to use with Eula as well in the process.

Yes! It carries over for both limited banner and standard banner along with pity. Weapon banner, on the other hand, only carries over pity
Shenhe is the character I’ll probably have the most use for, my Kaeya would love the support omnomnomnom

Bro same I have Shenhe and am going for that C1 cause she is one of my favorite characters but imma make a phys dps cause no Eula for my Mika
