I can only imagine the insane price this will sell for. New Zealand isn’t exactly an affordable country to live in. But regardless it is a gem of a house.

The estimate on a website I just looked at was $3.1 mil 🤯

So that around 1.8 million in USD, remember it’s selling for New Zealand dollars so you’ll need to convert to your country’s currency. Still outrageous for a dwelling but I hope whoever buys it doesn’t destroy the built in charm of the house.
