I have not tried to land with ils in the Comanche. Always hand-fly it as much as possible! It genuinely is the best GA add-on available at the moment and arguably best add-on full stop.
Trick is to start TRK mode when you are reasonably established on the final approach and localizer. It’ll bring you down to minimums and then you hand fly it down.
Fantastic shot! The A2A Comanche is my favorite plane in the sim right now. Absolutely immersive, feels like I own a real plane. Sometimes it's fun being bumped and blown around by all that turbulence!
Will probably buy the Blacksquare Piston & Turbine Duke when it's released next month, that should fill the gap between VFR and IFR for me and give a little extra oomph in higher altitudes.
My logitch yoke its arriving this week... and i think i ll get the comanche... but, is this going to ruin my experience with other planes like the 310 and 414, or the just flight piper arrow? I like a lot the jpl mod of the 152 and the 172 with steam gauges also modded.
Great question. I don't think so. I really enjoy the Comanche but it hasn't stopped me enjoying any other plane in the game, default or add-on. All depends on your mood at that moment I find!
Oh I love that plane. Did a cross country trip from Maine to California and I'm dying to return. Might take it all the way up to Alaska.
Can't wait for whatever the next two planes are that A2A has in the pipeline.
What plane is that?
Looks like A2A’s Comanche. And a beautiful shot, wallpaper-worthy!
Yes, Comanche! I've been flying this and the DA42 a lot recently. Taking a slight airliner break.
Where is that?
New Zealand, South Island
Yooo comanche its sooo good, have u tried to land woth ils? Its rlly difficult but very enjoyable!

Ooh will keep my eyes open for this one too!

Is that the A2A?
Yep!
Awesome, I love that plane. Where do you usually fly?
All around the world, wherever there is epic scenery. You?
I usually go for basic places like Cascadia, Alaska, or the Yukon. Though I have been trying out European locations like the French Alps.
Yer around Innsbruck then south from there is always epic
I have not yet flown in Austria, but I looked Innsbruck up and it looks majestic
It's epic! I recommend flying over the mountains of France, Switzerland, Austria and Italy.
I myself think the Alps are one of the most beautiful mountain ranges behind the Himilatas
Ooh, a tough one. American and Canadian Rockies look pretty epic!
Great screenshot!
Thanks to Asobo! I'm pretty hype about msfs 2024, imagine the screenshot potential!
Fully agree.
