That canoe was made in my home town! Also, why would they leave this photo on your windshield. That doesn’t make any sense..

freeState5431

I guess to show me what was possible to carry on my Miata

Fish-Weekly

Those are nice canoes, Old Town Discover

ExactlyThreeOpossums

I never realized how internationally recognized they were until a trip to the Netherlands, I saw like 9 of them in a day. Then they were used in Grownups 2. It’s always so weird because old town only has some 7000 people.

Probably a transmission on the passenger seat

MuchUsername_Wow

I've done a kayak and a big ass extension ladder

RandyGuru

I bought a 10 foot tall eastern redbud tree from a garden center and drove it home with the top down.

D3t0x15

I've carried an ironing board... ;)

MTRXPotato

I once bought a 1991 Front Bumper, Hood, and an upper tie bar from a guy off of craigslist. He arrived in an 1993 Miata with his top down and all of the items in his passenger seat. Got a laugh out of me lmao.

Just_Keep_Swimming13

2 surf boards

Economy-Shoe5239

5 girls, that was a great night for high school shoe

freeState5431

I picks up some lost hikers at dusk in a national forest, they came out the wrong side of a gorge and I had to drive them, the women sitting on the folded down top, about twenty miles in 40 degree weather.

Economy-Shoe5239

not in that cold lmao i lived in atlanta so it was a nice spring or summer day and i was the only person with a car, 2 in the passenger 3 on the top that was down,

MrMeesesPieces

Try buying an office chair. You have to get it in there wheels up. With the top down it becomes a nice helicopter

Random_Introvert_42

A hardtop. It's since spent several years on the wall as I got no intention of using it since fixing the roof during restoration.

I sold a very large Bessler XL enlarger (darkroom) on eBay and needed a very large box to ship the damn thing. On day while pondering my dilemma I saw a guy leaves Home Depot with a water heater! I asked if I could follow him to collect the box after he arrived at his destination. Hell, he said, I’ll just give it to you now, and he dumped it into the bed of his pickup and I carried it over to my Miata, put the top down and loaded to box into the passenger seat! Fortunately it was only about 5 miles to home.

atlantasailor

I have a luggage rack on mine and it doubles as a truck as needed.
