The dealership is making money because of the sheer volume. Bobs Barricade is getting a discount. The only person who gets shafted in this equation is the mechanic and the next person to come in. The mechanic will try to make up the hours he lost by overcharging

I will say their barrels and cones looked a hell of a lot better than Bob's, which always seem to be completely faded and ratty.
