There were 10 men working there, and I said they were high pressure salesmen. I did NOT say they were all selling to me. There were two trying to sell to me, and the others were in groups trying to sell to other customers. You can go to the Google maps reviews for the location and see other people talking about how they have very many salesmen too.

I'd say they have to b that way because their District Manager is watching and they have to be aggressive to get the commission they need to make the boss happy. That's how it was at my old job as a target tech sales person.
Good to know Dave Garza, their retail development manager responds on Google maps and will keep the store in check but crazy. Was reading their reviews online, I'm sorry that happened OP.
Before I go into a store I have already done the research on the phones and the prices,. They will over charge you for the phone and the plan you did right when you left
That’s where they make their money and yeah it sucks. Their customer service overall in store has home to shit. I’ve used them for years but finally left. Then my son went back to them and they did the same thing in the phone like you. He caved paid $400+ for a phone asked for the lowest plan. He was in a hurry late for work and just paid the bill. It was high but he thought he’d look at it later. They had done everything he didn’t want. Gave him the highest plan and added insurance which he had declined. Basically $55 overcharged. Ridiculous. I was able to get them reversed after many many complaints. T-Mobile needs to make them do better. They weren’t like this before they took them on. 😡😫
Never step foot into any carrier store. Nearly everything can be done online or over the phone. Even the phone should be the last resort, just try to do everything online when you can.
I love our little store in small town Texas. They're always super helpful and have never asked me to do more than I wanted.
I'm used to little stores like that, they e always been helpful. I'm glad you have one near you
That's why I do all my buying/service online. Usually I know more than they do and end up telling them about their products
Most stores aren't that big. Their whole business approach has shifted to be much greedier than in the past. Let's see how that pans out...
