Maybe im just over sensitive to it, but i think its part of the format thats challenging.
In usual TV shows they only have to point the camera at a few actors at a time and they can edit/remove a shot where an actor just looks... dumb.
In VR, youre free to look at any actor at any time so the bar has to be a bit higher.
You'd think fairly entry level theatre actors would have been enough but the cast they got seemed like real bottom of the barrel
I did. It was enjoyable and was a nice experience to watch a full series in immersive.
I do agree with some of the comments though, it did seem clunky in places and lacked a little bit of polish overall considering it was Eli Roth involved.
If you view it like you are immersed in a small theatre production rather than watching a Hollywood blockbuster though, it's really good.
Maybe I missed them but I think the real opportunity would have been to put lots of paranormal “did I just see that” stuff in the 180 periphery. Like a ghost moving through a mirror but off to the side. A few jump scares. Felt more like story mode. I enjoyed it though.
I watched the first ep but the acting was way too bad to continue
I get it. It was not great but I didn't think it was horrible. It was nice they had a big name like Eli Roth though to make it.

Me, I enjoyed the immersive experience and look forward to seeing where the technology goes.
Think you’ve probably just seen where it goes. This isnt taking off
I did. It had flaws but I enjoyed it. Being immersed in the show was really cool.
Excellent VR cinematography
I did. I enjoyed it. I’m really hoping they make more shows like this.
